a month agoPlenty of parking on the lower level lobby. Right across from Crabtree Valley Mall. Lobby and pool area were beautiful. Rooms are small with limited storage for clothes. Room has small refrigerator. Microwave is out in the hall near ice machines. Microwave is shared with other guests. Checkout was an issue because there are very few carts given hotel size. Location is great, but hard to justify the room rates.

a month agoHonestly this hotel tainted our entire trip. We checked in on the 24th. The room is fine. Basic. The 25th we went to the hotel bar prior to getting ready for our event. We asked the bartender (or who we thought was the bartender) for Aperol Spritz and she said “no.” My cousin then asked for a lemon drop martini and she also said they don’t have that. So we settled on glasses of wine. Not even 3 minutes after she hands us our wine, she opens the full bar to reveal every single spirit and liquor you could think of. We were confused, and would have had more grace and understanding if she was kind. But she was super short and unkind. She then mentioned being a stand in bc of call offs and didn’t want to make our drinks wrong, which is fine, but the overall experience and service was off putting. We had an issue with our room. We did get locked out due to the door lock (not the keys or user error). This was a problem bc it set us back for our event, was chaotic and stressful but honestly this wasn’t the worst part. Staff at the moment were helpful, they offered compensation which I’m grateful for and don’t want that to go unnoticed, however, the lack of communication and attitude from staff after this event was really horrible and made me feel as if I was the problem. I pride myself on being understanding, giving grace, being polite even when upset etc. I told them multiple times I don’t want to take advantage of anything, I just wanted things to be made right after the room lock out debacle. There was a miscommunication about drinks being compensated. I was called by front desk staff and the conversation was very condescending and made me feel as if I did something wrong and was in trouble. I apologized for the misunderstanding and then asked for the drinks to be put on my card, no issue at all, they waived it, however, I was going to make sure I paid for them going forward (but we didn’t re visit the bar). Part of compensation was free breakfast for my cousin and I for the remaining 2 mornings. We went down on Sunday morning and ordered breakfast. Again, the staff was super short, off putting and rude. Non attentive etc. I explained the compensation situation and she told me that I needed a “coupon” so I asked if I needed to speak to someone at the front desk and she said yes. The lady at the front desk said “it’s on your reservation that the rest of your stay is covered and we will take care of it at the end.” I relayed this to the other staff (no playing middle man btw) and she said “that’s not how it works.” ……okay? We ended up getting breakfast but again, poor experience. We did decide to drive 2 hours to the beach Sunday. We checked in the 24th, it’s now the 26th and we have gotten zero (0) new towels or restock in anything. We arrived back from our beach day at 11:11pm, so we made it to the front desk approx. 11:20 or so. I asked for towels (4) and they said they would have them brought up. At 11:40 I called and they said (rudely, of course), “I didn’t know you requested towels.” And I said yes I did at the desk, I need 4 please and they said they would have them brought up. By 11:59 I was FED UP. I called again and he said “you can come down to get them.” And I started to mention that our room hadn’t been serviced and he CUT ME OFF and said “maam if the towels haven’t been brought up then you need to come and get them.” Mind you I asked AT THE FRONT DESK almost an hour ago. So I went down and he called me by my room number and said “you can have a seat” as if I was about to be talked to by the principal at school. Then another man walked around the corner and called me by my room number again. I stood up, grabbed the towels and said “thank you.” As I walked away they laughed at me and said something snarky, but I didn’t catch it. I’m incredibly disappointed in my choice of hotels and will never recommend this in the future. It really tainted my trip. Basic rooms were fine, poor ammenities, no room restock (towels, toiletries etc.) and rude staff.

2 months agoI recently came here on Monday, June 8th for a women's conference in one of the Salons. The staff that I've encountered throughout the facility were pleasant. The lunch that was catered by the hotel was absolutely outstanding. Although, I didn't book a hotel room. I was pleased with the rest of the hotel's interior design. I would definitely come back again for business & leisure purposes.

6 months agoI stayed at this hotel for three nights in February 2026. Overall, I found it to be a really enjoyable experience. The staff was friendly, the price was reasonable, and the hotel itself provided for a great rest. The rooms are a bit small and it's weird that they don't have desks, but the beds are comfortable and everything was in great condition. The location is very convenient and has plenty of parking. The concierge lounge was definitely the highlight of my stay. Jim and Troy were great! I would definitely stay here again.

2 months agoMy son and I enjoyed our stay. The location is great. The service was slow. For example my report in my room was not functioning, I had to ask for an extra set of towels which I had to go and get for my room. There were other things but what made up for it was the warm reception when we arrived. I have a reservation for this location next month and will give a more detailed update after my stay.
