a month agoI recently came here on Monday, June 8th for a women's conference in one of the Salons. The staff that I've encountered throughout the facility were pleasant. The lunch that was catered by the hotel was absolutely outstanding. Although, I didn't book a hotel room. I was pleased with the rest of the hotel's interior design. I would definitely come back again for business & leisure purposes.

5 months agoWithout a doubt--the best hotel in Raleigh. The people are ON IT. Very attentive. Extremely clean. Bartenders ON POINT. Food was exceptional. Fresh Pork Rinds! M Club folks (Tim) all over it. Safe parking. The list goes ON and ON.

4 months agoI stayed at this hotel for three nights in February 2026. Overall, I found it to be a really enjoyable experience. The staff was friendly, the price was reasonable, and the hotel itself provided for a great rest. The rooms are a bit small and it's weird that they don't have desks, but the beds are comfortable and everything was in great condition. The location is very convenient and has plenty of parking. The concierge lounge was definitely the highlight of my stay. Jim and Troy were great! I would definitely stay here again.

a month agoI visited this place a while back, but I had a really pleasant experience with Tegest G. that I never did report. I came across a card she left me and I felt compelled to write this. She was so sweet and helped make my experience overall a great one.

2 months agoExpensive considering room quality. Toilet did not flush consistently, electrical sockets so worn that plugs are not secure, loose shower faucet, and stains on chair and desk. Also default is to charge a parking fee even if you don't have a vehicle. Had to ask to have parking charge removed. Staff are friendly and front lobby area is well kept.
