Lavender Oaks Farm

My wife (that will never get old, typing or saying!) and I got married at Lavender Oaks on 4/11/2026 and we could not be happier with how our wedding was. We toured lots of venues throughout the area before we landed on Lavender Oaks and while they all had great things going for them, Lavender Oaks is the only venue with a Karen. We could not speak any more highly of Karen the venue owner and her amazing team (Aimee was there wedding day she was amazing, but I know the team is even bigger). From the second we met Karen all of the stress of planning the big day was gone, she doesn’t just speak a big game she delivers. The venues beauty speaks for itself as soon as you step foot on the property you can feel the nature and peacefulness, all while being 15 minutes from proper Chapel Hill. My wife and I are big outdoors people and loved all the greenery that had bloomed for our spring time wedding. As we all know planning a wedding is a lot and can become overwhelming quickly, once we had our first meeting with Karen that overwhelmed feeling went right away. Lavender Oaks truly does it al for your big day, Karen was our wedding planner, our florist, our graphic designer all in one. We look forward to coming back to Lavender Oaks in the future for events or just to relive the best day of our lives!

Beautiful wedding venue. Gorgeous serene property. Wonderful staff. From the moment we arrived, this lavender farm wedding venue felt like something out of a dream. The property is absolutely stunning and feels like you are transported to a faraway place. Beautifully maintained grounds, and breathtaking scenery in every direction. It created the most romantic and serene atmosphere for our daughter and son in laws' wedding day. The staff truly sets this venue apart. Every single person we interacted with was kind, attentive, and genuinely invested in making our wedding perfect. No detail was overlooked, and whenever a question or small issue came up, they were already one step ahead, ready with a solution and a smile. My dtr had a drink spilled on her dress and the staff whisked her away and brought her back in pristine condition. The getting-ready space for the wedding party was just as impressive. Spacious, elegant, and thoughtfully designed. It gave us the perfect place to relax, get ready, and soak in the excitement of the day without feeling rushed or crowded. It was my favorite part of the day before the rush of guests and activity. If you’re looking for a venue that combines natural beauty, exceptional service, and a seamless experience, this lavender farm is simply unmatched. It made our daughter's wedding day not only beautiful, but truly unforgettable.

Where do we even begin. From the second we stepped on the farm for our first tour we knew it was where we would get married. It is truly a special place and that is all due to the owner, Karen. This is her life's passion and calling and it shows in how she cares for her couples. The venue is a little more expensive than other venues in the area but with all that is included it is definitely a deal! Karen does all of your wedding planning for you. Her and her team also do your graphic design, printing (save the dates and invitations) as well as all of your day of signage. Chairs and tables are included as well as linens. They allow you to bring your own alcohol which made a big difference. She also has close relationships with some of the most amazing vendors and she will ensure your big day is everything you dreamed and more. On top of all that the grounds are absolutely beautiful! There is so much greenery and several ceremony options. The barn itself is massive and very well decorated. One last thing to note, Karen and her team also do all of your flower arrangements as well. They work with you to purchase flower stems from other flower farms and they will arrange them. It is a cost effective option and they do an amazing job. Overall, we can not recommend Lavender Oaks farm enough. It was truly the easiest experience ever and never once were we stressed wedding planning. Our day was everything we dreamed of and more!

We hosted my daughter’s wedding at lavender oaks farm last weekend, the venue us gorgeous and all Our guest lived it inside and out! It’s was PERFECT!! Karen and her staff were Fabulous!! From my very first phone call I knew we were booking the perfect venue, every vendor Karen sent our way was so easy to work with! Thank you for being a part of making the wedding so beautiful and enjoyable and most of all stress free!! It was an. Amazing Experience!

A seriously stunning wedding venue with the best owner and event team! Karen and her staff make sure your wedding/event goes on without a hitch, and they offer so many great services + guidance throughout your wedding planning experience. The barn is spacious with so many beautiful spots for photos inside and out. The patio has a beautiful fireplace which is great for cocktail hour, late night hangs during the reception, or as your ceremony backdrop (my favorite!). This is one of my absolute favorite wedding venues to photograph at! It’s a joy any time I’m able to be at Lavender Oaks Farm!
