Poorly redesigned rooms. No drawers, no cabinets....just shelves Lighting is awful...no USB or power outlets at the desk work area. No art or other wall coverings... Probably the worst room "update" I have seen in 40 years of business and personal travel. Just bizarre... I will not return to this property.

I had high expectations for this hotel. For over $200 a night it the room was sub-par for the course. However, our experience was horrendous. My friend and I were there for a three day conference taking place there. Every night at 1am our neighbors (who were not attending the conference) came back to their room they were drunk and very loud. Slamming doors and screaming while inside their room. I called down to the front desk the second night a total of THREE times in a 1-1/2 hour period and was told security came to ask them to quiet down. I went to the front desk and spoke with the manager the next day and she said the security guard recorded a video when he arrived on our floor and didn’t hear anything. I was very disheartened to hear that because they were in fact very loud and obnoxious, and kept us up for over 3 three hours. Not to mention every time that security came up they got louder and louder and even called us extremely demeaning names and came to knock on our door because they thought it was funny. The manager proceeded to apologize and gave us two breakfast vouchers for $20 each. We did not use them and were able to “exchange” them for free parking for the weekend. Aside from our neighbors and the front desk doing absolutely nothing to compensate us for the trouble (I find breakfast vouchers to be an insult) 2 out of the 3 days we were there the computer systems were down. So we had to have staff members let us in our room every single time. Overall the service and experience was pretty bad but the location of the hotel was nice and the lobby was clean but I will not be staying here again or recommending it to anyone.

Great location, but my room was not pleasant at all. The hall smelled like feet, the ice vendor smelled like a sewer and the shower in my room smelled like old mop water. I was not impressed. Of course the room I received had a large red stain in the floor, thank goodness it was just for one night.

Every time I come down for breakfast at the bar it’s always an issue! The same morning staff is always behind, slow and inattentive. I typically don’t review but today I arrived before the breakfast crew was changing over and the staff told me everything stopped at 11. That’s fine and I was already aware but it wasn’t 11! To make a smoothie for a customer paying as much as me and my company pay monthly to host events and stay at this hotel is the least that could have been done. The unwillingness to assist and lack of customer service just isn’t acceptable. I’ll start taking a ride up the road to spend my money elsewhere moving forward.

Nice entrance, lobby, lounge area, patio, & conference rooms. But the hotel rooms themselves do not reflect the nice "luxury hotel" feel like the downstairs area. Rooms were clean, just very small, hardly any channels on TV, bathroom floor floods during a 5 minute shower, has a shower drain but no floor drain. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Staff! Very friendly, helpful, & professional. Especially at the front desk.
