Once In a Blue Moon Bakery and Cafe

This review is long overdue! What an amazing bakery and Team! Their food is delicious and attention to detail is spot-on. If you have special requests (allergies, preferences, etc) they are most accommodating. We’ve been going to this bakery for years and have not been disappointed. This is the first year we’ve been able to order their Yule Log cake - Wow! It is great and the presentation is beautiful. Thank you!

Once In A Blue Moon did an incredible job with our wedding cake. The cake they created looked exactly how I imagined and hoped it would. Not only was it absolutely stunning, but it also tasted incredible. So many of our guests commented on how delicious it was. They were also great to work with in the consultation/planning process. We even changed our design pretty significantly after our initial consultation and they still understood exactly what we wanted. We also loved the process for the tasting. They create take-out trays with all the cake, frosting, and mousse options, which we were able to try at home with our families to decide what cake combination we wanted. From start to finish, the experience was seamless, and the final result exceeded all expectations.

I had a birthday cake made by Once in A Blue Moon Bakery & Café for March 1, and it was absolutely delicious. The cake tasted amazing, and the music notes on the outside were the perfect touch that made it feel extra special. On top of that, the customer service was A1 from start to finish—friendly, professional, and attentive. I’ll definitely be coming back and highly recommend them for custom cakes and great service.

This review is long overdue! We used them for our small cutting cake for our June wedding and loved how it turned out! They were easy to communicate with and the take-home tasting tray made the decision process so fun. Definitely recommend!

It was my kids and I first time here and it will not be our last. I got a chocolate chip cookie, my oldest daughter tried red velvet for the fist time in the form of a cupcake, thr youngest daughter had a vanilla cupcake, and my son, who is more of a salty person over sweets, got a triple chocolate brownie and he loved it. The prices are great and you get more than enough for what you paid for. The parking is in a very small shopping center so I recommend parking on the street (free 1 hour parking).
