This review is long overdue! What an amazing bakery and Team! Their food is delicious and attention to detail is spot-on. If you have special requests (allergies, preferences, etc) they are most accommodating. We’ve been going to this bakery for years and have not been disappointed. This is the first year we’ve been able to order their Yule Log cake - Wow! It is great and the presentation is beautiful. Thank you!

I had an almond croissant, recommended by one of the guys who worked there. It was delectable! More savory, just as he said. The place was so quaint and nice although not too busy at 3pm on a weekday afternoon.

We had the most wonderful experience with Once in a Blue Moon Bakery for our wedding cake! We had two different flavors on 2 different tiers because we couldn’t agree on just one, we decided to have the best of both worlds. It turned out perfectly! The top tier was chocolate cake with tiramisu and chocolate mousse, while the bottom tier was yellow cake with strawberry and lemon mousse. The mousse was light, airy, and perfectly balanced—not overly sweet at all. It was the perfect way to end the night. My personal favorite was the chocolate and tiramisu top tier. The tiramisu paired SO well with the chocolate cake, and it was genuinely so delicious and perfectly moist. My husband preferred the bottom tier, which was sweet and tangy from the strawberry and lemon flavors. So, in the end, we both got our favorite! They also did an incredible job bringing our vision to life. Our cake was absolutely beautiful and looked just like our inspiration pictures. It was delivered in perfect condition, which gave us one less thing to worry about on such an important day. We couldn’t have asked for a better combination of flavor, design, and service. This review is long overdue! We used them for our small cutting cake for our June wedding and loved how it turned out! They were easy to communicate with and the take-home tasting tray made the decision process so fun. Definitely recommend!
