The Ballantyne, A Luxury Collection Hotel, Charlotte

A perfect option for the greater Charlotte area! We stayed for our honey moon and absolutely loved it here. The rooms have plenty of space and are very clean. All the staff are friendly and welcoming. Likewise, Jeff in in-room dining helped create a memorable first night with organizing champagne and chocolate covered strawberries! We also tried the couples massage in the spa and the amenities, staff, and rooms were fantastic. The in hotel restaurant is also a must try, we chose to eat breakfast and prefer it over other options locally!

Very relaxing spa weekend and the hotel were a welcoming place. There was a wedding on the lawn and the AMP behind the hotel was very interesting. The breakfast each morning was delicious, especially the pancakes. While we didn't take advantage of the formal tea service, I will definitely like to try it in the future. Glad this hotel is now under the Marriott Bonvoy umbrella.

We had a wonderful staycation! Our concierge, Evan, was wonderfully hospitable and made us feel welcome the moment we got here. The rooms were clean and beautiful, food was excellent, pool was gorgeous- all in all a great experience. We don’t get to treat ourselves often and it really felt like every employee tried to make us feel welcome- it made us feel very special. I have a background in hospitality and was very grateful to see such a warm representation here! Thank you for making our anniversary special.

Beautiful hotel and great service! We visited last year for a quick getaway for our anniversary. We loved it so much that we came back for our 20th anniversary this year. We will be back again next year!

I felt like royalty! This place is fabulous! I ate quite a few times at the Gallerie, and every meal was outstanding! The wedding event was beautiful and very well organized. Staff is friendly and knowledgeable! Loved it and you will too!
