3 months agoWent in for the buffet lunch, about an hour into start of service. Interior was clean and well appointed, service was excellent. There were a decent assortment of dishes (mostly vegan) to choose from. The freshly baked rotis (made on request) were excellent. The tandoori and malai chicken were tasty. The meat curries and vegetable dishes were a little underwhelming. The rice dishes, palak and pakoras were dry from sitting under heat lamps. $20+ for this buffet did not fully deliver as I expected.

2 weeks agoThree things about this restaurant shocked me. The first is how very superlatively excellent the food was. Second, the hospitality by AK was at the level of a Michelin star (utter grace and solicitude toward us and our toddler, with recommendations and good conversation). And third, how is this restaurant not on any of the lists of best restaurants in Raleigh? We went on a Friday night, and the foot traffic was not as high as it should be!! My favorite dishes were the small plate spiced wings and the mustard greens saag, but everything was wonderful. I absolutely cannot wait to go back. It's just a matter of time before everyone knows about this restaurant and becomes difficult to get a table. Come while you still can!!

3 months agoThis place was hands down some of the best Indian food I have had and I have been to many places. The waitress Aruna was so kind. We came in almost at closing time and she was so polite and kind. And she was on point with service. We will absolutely be back again!

a year agoHave been to this place many times and it does not disappoint. It’s one of the best Indian places in this part of the Triangle. The food is always delicious and flavorful. They have a full bar and a drink menu too. The service is friendly. It has a nice atmosphere and can be good for a date night or a celebration. Always a lot of Indian people eating here when we come as well, so I’ll take that as a good sign of the authentic nature and flavors of the dishes they cook. The only downside is every time we come here I eat way too much, it’s just too hard to stop eating as the food is so delicious! They are a bit pricey, but I think it’s definitely worth it.
