Courtyard by Marriott Raleigh

As someone who travels frequently and stays at Marriott properties all over the country, I’ve been to a large number of hotels over the years. This Courtyard really stood out to me for several reasons. The property was very well maintained, the staff was genuinely friendly and above average in terms of service, and the location is ideal. It’s conveniently located near several great restaurants, has a large parking lot, and is extremely easy to get in and out of, which matters when you spend a lot of time on the road. Overall, it was a smooth and comfortable experience, and I’ve definitely saved this location as my go-to whenever I’m passing through the area.

Our nonprofit recently hosted its Annual Meeting at the Courtyard Raleigh Cary/Parkside Town Commons, and we could not have been more pleased with our experience. From the very beginning planning stages through the successful execution of our Executive Board Meeting, Member Meeting, and Reception, every detail was handled with professionalism, care, and excellence. The staff went above and beyond to ensure our attendees felt welcomed and supported throughout the entire event. Communication was timely, the event spaces were beautifully maintained, and the level of hospitality provided helped everything run seamlessly. Their attention to detail and willingness to assist at every step made a significant impact on the success of our meeting. We are incredibly grateful to the entire team for helping create such a positive and memorable experience for our organization. Their dedication, kindness, and outstanding service truly made our event feel special, and we hope to work with them again in the future.

Beautiful Hotel! So impressed with the hotel, romms, ammenties, and staff. Such a clean environment! Ashley was amazing getting us set up and answered all our questions and needs with great care! Corey who worked in the lounge/bat and food area was so pleasant and fun! My kid and I found our new tradition for stay-cations for special moments! Perfect experience on all areas and levels! Thank you for making my sons 13th birthday such a memorable, fun, and comfortable moment! Also, the food was AMAZING! We order dinner 2x !!!

Coming into this visit I read the reviews which mostly were exceptional. Don't see exceptional for many establishments, restaurants, bars or hotels but I can tell you firsthand that this place is indeed exceptional. The staff, the cleanliness of the hotel, the rooms. The beds are very comfortable which to me isnt the case in many hotels. Most mattresses are old. These mattresses are fairly new and very comfortable. If youre staying in the Cary area, definitely try this place

Always clean, incredible friendly staff, and the atmosphere is very laid back and classy. The bistro bar has wonderful food and breakfast. Definitely a great facility to stay if your in the RTP area
