Courtyard by Marriott Raleigh

The room was clean but the mattress was extremely uncomfortable and the pillows were flat- even doubled. Very quiet, good sized room, great coffee maker but... The shower is large with no door (impressive looking design, but...) having no door the over spray settles on the VERY smooth and (when wet) VERY slippery tile floor. I actually fell when getting off the toilet- my feet felt like they were in ice skates and I went down hard. I did mention this to the front desk when checking out and recommended a change with the upcoming remodel. I got a thank you- not concern (for my bruised butt AND ego). All told we would return here if they had different bedding. It was actually one of the quietest we've stayed in.

As someone who travels frequently and stays at Marriott properties all over the country, I’ve been to a large number of hotels over the years. This Courtyard really stood out to me for several reasons. The property was very well maintained, the staff was genuinely friendly and above average in terms of service, and the location is ideal. It’s conveniently located near several great restaurants, has a large parking lot, and is extremely easy to get in and out of, which matters when you spend a lot of time on the road. Overall, it was a smooth and comfortable experience, and I’ve definitely saved this location as my go-to whenever I’m passing through the area.

Look, I get it. There was this time where we were all freaked out about Covid which admittedly sucked and we stopped doing things like servicing rooms during stays but.... we've moved on. So has just about every other hotel. Not at least refreshing towels is kind of a miss. Otherwise, very nice, very clean, very well located hotel.

Our nonprofit recently hosted its Annual Meeting at the Courtyard Raleigh Cary/Parkside Town Commons, and we could not have been more pleased with our experience. From the very beginning planning stages through the successful execution of our Executive Board Meeting, Member Meeting, and Reception, every detail was handled with professionalism, care, and excellence. The staff went above and beyond to ensure our attendees felt welcomed and supported throughout the entire event. Communication was timely, the event spaces were beautifully maintained, and the level of hospitality provided helped everything run seamlessly. Their attention to detail and willingness to assist at every step made a significant impact on the success of our meeting. We are incredibly grateful to the entire team for helping create such a positive and memorable experience for our organization. Their dedication, kindness, and outstanding service truly made our event feel special, and we hope to work with them again in the future.

Felt compelled to write a positive review for this hotel! Attended a college graduation party here and my parents stayed overnight. This Courtyard Marriott is very welcoming, clean, and the customer service is really what stood out to us. I wanted to mention Greg Caputo - he was very professional and super kind to my family! I would recommend this hotel to anyone visiting the area or planning on hosting an event. Thank you!
