We stopped at Saffron for lunch and wow!! The food and service was amazing. We are vegan and it’s tough to fine good flavorful food in NC. We tried vegetable Manchurian saucy and soya curry both medium. So fantastic. Worth moving to Cary for!!

We went in for an early dinner and were the only patrons except for another solo patron. Santosh was super helpful in making some great recommendations. The chef, Chandra, came out to ask how everything was and we were so touched by both their care and conversations. We ordered Kurkuri Bhindi (appetizer), Anjeer Bhare Malai Kofta, Lamb Kadai, 2 orders of naan. Everything was delicious. Clearly the chef takes a lot of pride and both main dishes stood out on their own. Also tried their Mango lassi which was smooth and floral - we have had mango lassi before but this was delightful. Besides the top-notch food, Santosh, Chandra and another person (we didnt get their name) made our first visit here special and memorable because of the personal care and consideration. We cant wait to come back and try out the other dishes we were eyeing. A LOT of leftovers too. Yay!

Tried someplace new and were very glad that we did! Everyone was so friendly, and our server made great recommendations for our meal. The food was excellent and well presented. Crazy Naan bread had a balance of garlic and spice that we weren't expecting but really liked. We'll definitely be returning and recommending to friends!

We visited Saffron on a Monday due to our usual Indian restaurant in Cary being closed. We had never been prior, but took a chance, and wow, Saffron exceeded our expectations. I don't want to keep you long with this review, so a few highlights: - We ordered a little bit of everything - chicken tikka masala, butter chicken, chicken korma, lamb korma, chicken 65, tandoori chicken, and Dahi Puri. All were delicious! I will say, they add bell peppers to the tikka, which was new to us. If it were up to us, we'd be fine without them. Lastly, the main courses (korma, butter chicken, etc) could easily be shared by 2 people. I noted people complaining about portion size in other reviews, but that was not our experience. - The wait staff and ownership provided a wonderfully inviting environment to our family. It was almost like we walked into a beloved family members' home. What I mean by this is that they generously provided extras to our group - much like a loving mother, grandmother would as you entered their home. - After paying our bill, the owner found out we were there for my wife's birthday. She kindly asked us to stay and provided her with a lovely Indian desert, complete with singing along with our group. Thank you all at Saffron. You were very kind and gracious. We appreciate you for that and we will certainly be back!

My family and I went here for dinner and we had a wonderful experience. I especially loved how flavorful my dish was and the rice was perfection. I recommend the Tikka Masala and the Vindaloo. This is our ‘go to’ place in the area, thank you so much!
