3 weeks agoSaffron is one of our favorite restaurants (not just among Indian restaurants). Their food is authentic and delicious, the ambience is great, and the service is excellent. Our absolute favorite dishes are Dal Bukhara, Lehsooni Chicken Tikka, Aloo Gobhi Tuk, and Saag Chicken which you must not miss!

4 weeks agoSaffron is a wonderful place for Indian food in the Triangle! This was my first time visiting and I’ll definitely be back. The food was delicious, and all of the staff were incredibly kind and attentive.

4 months agoWe stopped at Saffron for lunch and wow!! The food and service was amazing. We are vegan and it’s tough to fine good flavorful food in NC. We tried vegetable Manchurian saucy and soya curry both medium. So fantastic. Worth moving to Cary for!!

3 months agoWe went in for an early dinner and were the only patrons except for another solo patron. Santosh was super helpful in making some great recommendations. The chef, Chandra, came out to ask how everything was and we were so touched by both their care and conversations. We ordered Kurkuri Bhindi (appetizer), Anjeer Bhare Malai Kofta, Lamb Kadai, 2 orders of naan. Everything was delicious. Clearly the chef takes a lot of pride and both main dishes stood out on their own. Also tried their Mango lassi which was smooth and floral - we have had mango lassi before but this was delightful. Besides the top-notch food, Santosh, Chandra and another person (we didnt get their name) made our first visit here special and memorable because of the personal care and consideration. We cant wait to come back and try out the other dishes we were eyeing. A LOT of leftovers too. Yay!

3 months agoWe had a great meal at saffron .The Tandoori Soya Chaap was well-seasoned and nicely grilled, while the Dum Aloo was flavorful and satisfying. The Garlic Naan was fresh and paired well with the dishes. The service was good—friendly and efficient. Overall, a solid dining experience with tasty food and decent service.
