Wild Rock Farm of Sanford, NC offers a Beautiful Country Setting for your Wedding and Reception. Nestled in the Sandhills of Central NC, Wild Rock Farm, was the home of the Dycus Family for over 50 years. Our beautiful 42 acre property is home to 3 donkeys and numerous cows. If you are looking for a country wedding this is the place for you. From the moment you enter the long gravel driveway, you will leave behind the hustle and bustle of everyday life, and be immersed in the peace and quiet of Wild Rock Farm.

The Farm House
A beautiful 1970’s ranch style home with over 5,200 sq. ft. It has 4 bedrooms and 3 ½ baths with a large living room and kitchen. There is a bridal suite for the bridal party as well as plenty of areas for the groomsmen to prepare for the big day.
The Pavillion
Built in 2019 and offers over 2,000 sq. ft. of space for your reception and wedding ceremony with plenty of room for guest seating. It is equipped with electricity and ceiling fans.
The Patio
A custom built block wall full of beautiful roses. It would be a wonderful place for a wedding ceremony or added seating for your reception.
Reception Building
A 2,000 sq. ft. heated/air conditioned building for backup in case of inclement weather. This structure features two roll up doors, ceiling fans, plenty of windows for natural light and ample access to electrical outlets for all of your devices and equipment.
Plenty of outdoor space and parking. Table and chairs are included.

a month agoWild Rock Farm was absolutely incredible! It is such a beautiful venue, and it was the perfect place for our wedding. We had around 60 guests, and the space felt just right—intimate, comfortable, and absolutely gorgeous. The accommodations were wonderful and made the entire weekend so much easier for us and our family. Everything was well cared for, clean, and welcoming. One of the biggest blessings was working with Diane, the venue coordinator. She was amazing from start to finish! She was kind, organized, helpful, and genuinely cared about making our day special. Her calm presence and attention to detail made the entire planning process and wedding day so much less stressful. We truly couldn’t have asked for a better venue. If you’re looking for a beautiful place with wonderful accommodations and an exceptional team, I cannot recommend Wild Rock Farm enough. It was everything we hoped for and more!

My husband Nathan and I chose to exchange our vows at Wild Rock Farm ( I confess seeing the donkeys sealed the deal for me) I love that there are several ceremony space options. ( though to me why wouldn't you choose the barn first) Diane was very helpful and responsive to our questions. our day was beautiful. Having the use of the house to get ready is both relaxing and rewarding. if you are looking for an affordable and beautiful wedding venue look no farther than Wild Rock Farm in Sanford NC

3 years agoWe had our wedding at Wild Rock a few weeks ago and were so satisfied with everything! It's a beautiful venue, it's incredibly convenient that they have a house with 3 full bathrooms that may be utilized (especially helpful for budget savvy brides like myself that did some work on the day of the wedding & needed to get cleaned up!) We utilized the outdoor covered area for our ceremony and the barn-building for our reception. Diane and her family were great to work with! We would highly recommend them and this venue for a wedding or any other event you may want to host!

11 months agoWild Rock- we had a great time helping our friends share their joy in becoming one on Sept 13, 2025. Everything was as expected per contracts and contacts. The staff was easy to reach and super fast in response time. Everything and everyone worked in order to provide the bride and groom a memorable time with family and friends. What a beautiful day at Wild Rock Farm!
