Travis, the chef is incredible. Their food has really stepped it up and the ribeye is the best thing I’ve ever had. Also, Jessica down at the bar is wonderful and so cheerful and sweet. She always remembers what I like and takes care of me every morning when I’m here. One of the reasons I keep coming. Shannon, the general manager posted an incredible bingo night tonight with food and appetizers and I won 5000 points because I got a bingo. It was so much fun every Wednesday night at 5:30.

I was gobsmacked at how beautiful this hotel is! Our room was comfortable, included a fridge, although no microwave. Loved that there is a handy magnifying hand mirror in the bathroom. Great location for getting anywhere in town. If I still lived in the area, it would be high on my list of conference room sites. Great spaces for breakout groups, and small group socializing. Thank you to Samantha at the front desk who was so gracious, helpful, and friendly.

My family and I stayed here due to the loss of our home from a fire. The entire staff was extremely helpful, courteous, accommodating, and professional. Shannon and Aaleeya even went as far as providing our granddaughter with a birthday gift and free ice-cream to us all. The entire staff from the front desk, manager, associates, restaurant staff, and housekeeping, were phenomenal. They treated us with so much compassion and empathy. I would definitely recommend this location if traveling to the Durham/Chapel Hill area.

Here for a convention and was able to check in early. Good location, rooms are fine and property well maintained. Small-ish pool was nice but there are NO shade umbrellas. Big patio area with tables and chairs, but also no shade. Lobby bar area spacious with tables if you choose to eat here, but a bit soulless.
