a month agoChecked into our room after dropping off our son into his dorm. The room was nice and clean, as always. Plenty of room for my family. The service was pleasant and professional at the front desk. There was an issue with our reservations so I had to come down. Jessica who saw how tired I was - brought not only a nice cup of coffee but a cheerful attitude that reminded me why I keep coming back.

2 weeks agoStayed here about a week ago. I stay here from time to time. Met both Antoniqua and Jessica at the front desk and bistro. They were some of the best hotel representatives I have ever had the pleasure of meeting. Very polite, helpful, and friendly.

3 weeks agoThe Sheraton Chapel Hill hotel has offered me an AMAZING stay each time I’ve come here! But most of all, each time I’ve come I’ve had the most amazing experience dining at their in-house restaurant, Blue Corner! I’ve gotten the BEST service and GREAT food each time I’ve eaten here. When you come, ask for Jessica, she’s the absolute best— the true cherry on top to my experience!!

a month agoAll around have loved my stay. The hotel is renovated and fantastic inside. Amenities and club lounge are great. And most of all the staff is awesome...Ramona, Antoniqua, and others...just really great. Highly recommend and will be back in about a week.

4 months agoWe have stayed at this hotel on several occasions when visiting Chapel Hill. The interior is very nice and newly renovated. The customer service is consistently great from the moment we walk through the door; truly an amazing experience. It is because the staff is exceptional. During this stay my family joined us as our daughter was graduating from UNC Adams School of Dentistry. They all had wonderful things to say about how kind, attentive and helpful every person was with whom we interacted from front desk staff to the manager who was there throughout the day. Even the general manager who offered to help carry a box of gifts. This was a special occasion for us, but made extra special and memorable by the caring staff who went out of their way to make us all feel at home away from home. Truly appreciate the great service and hospitality!
