in the last weekThe check in was easy but getting access to the internet was not explained (so not able to use). The room was small and plain. You have to pay to park at the hotel that you are paying to stay at! Breakfast not included (a bowl of cereal was $10.00). Not worth the price!

a month agoUpon trying to checking in Romana did not have pilot customer service etiquette. Checked out forgot to look at my bill to see the charges, well someone had charge $412 to my room. I immediately called once I saw 2 charges come through my bank account. Left a message for manager to call me. I had to call twice. The lady who answered the phone tried to relay message that they where going to have to further investigate. I had to request the manager to get on the phone. The restaurant manager got on the phone saying they would have to investigate further and get back with me. Mind you I was already on the phone for 25 minutes..what were yall doing this entire time. The manager was rude and hung up in my face. Called back and ask to speak to hotel manager he is now unavailable and in a meeting. Asked for the restaurant manager and he is now unavailable. We are not talk $12 or $41 dollars we are talking $412 dollars. I ate in the restaurant one time and used my debit card to pay for my food. Marsel was the guy who waited on me and other friends. I had to ask when would I hear back from them ask no time frame was given. Very unacceptable and disappointed. Check your receipt.

2 months agoAttending the conference The Power of WE, was amazing and please allow me to share how the staff from the front desk to the restaurant staff I would like to thank Jessica who understands the art of customer service and handles this with grace and style. Working a bar, taking orders from tables, she never missed a beat! And made sure each and every customer was treated and greeted with a warm and welcome tone. Says alot about how management must also do the same for their employees. I plan to come back next year just because of how i was treated.

2 months agoThere was no heat at this hotel for 3 nights in October when it was cold outside. This was hotel wide as the heating system is central. Only extra blankets provided with less than one night compensation. I had to call the manager 6-7 times to get his attention, who has a don't care attitude. The food for breakfast was limited when compared to other chains and limited options for vegetarians. For a classy looking hotel the operations are very poor. Avoid
