Prestonwood Country Club

My Husband and I got married at Prestonwood on November 1st, 2025 and had an amazing experience! Elissa was there every step of the way and ensured all of the details were correct and everything went smoothly. I am very detail oriented and she was the perfect person to work with, as she is also very detail oriented. The food that we ordered was great and the drinks were also amazing. Prestonwood ensured that our dream wedding was executed, and for that my Husband and I will be forever thankful! 10/10 experience!

My husband and I had our wedding at Prestonwood in June 2026 in the clubhouse, which was a beautiful background and the clubhouse was a great space for our 90 guests. We worked with Elissa Uhl and she was professional from the start. We came in with all our questions and she answered them, she is very knowledgeable in what she does and will be honest with you. We had a tasting with the head chef and the baker for our cake. After our tasting, we had some feedback for the chef and the food on the day of our wedding was great. All our guest enjoyed the food, venue and the professionalism of the employees. Elissa is great to work with and was super easy to get a hold of through email or phone call. She was very polite and patient when working with us, as naturally there is stress when it comes to wedding planning. She was flexible on the day on our wedding as we were a bit behind schedule and she asked us about cutting some things out to get us back on track. She was very calm and collected during the wedding day. I really was grateful that Elissa worked well with our coordinators of the day along with having a meeting with them before the wedding. So glad we could add our own touch with the seating chart, welcome sign, table numbers and more. I really appreciated how the venue supplied the chairs, tables, plate settings and then took it all down for us too. Our wedding was everything I envisioned and more! What an incredible day that we want to relive over and over!! Highly recommend hosting your wedding reception at Prestonwood and having Elissa as your coordinator.

We hosted our daughter and now son in laws wedding reception at the Prestonwood Country Club on 7/11th. Everything was absolutely perfect! Not a single detail was missed. Starting with the cocktail hour to the reception there was nothing but perfection. We worked with Elissa on all the details from start to finish. She was awesome to work with and made sure to keep us on track. The food service was plated. Absolutely delicious and portions were generous. It was a smaller wedding with 80 people. The way the rooms were set up the space was perfect! Literally can’t think of a single thing that was off. I can’t wait for the next opportunity to host another event at Prestonwood Country Club, I would have absolutely no hesitation at all.

Had my son and daughter in laws wedding here. Very beautiful place to have a wedding, and reception. The staff was phenomenal, food was excellent. Plenty of places to take photos.

The RDU Airport Authority Winter Celebration at the elegant Prestonwood Country Club was absolutely amazing from start to finish. The venue was beautiful, festive, and perfectly set the tone for a perfect evening. A special shoutout to Elissa the senior catering manager, who was truly outstanding. She was incredibly helpful, attentive, and accommodating with every request.
