5 months agoMalak and Millia were absolutely amazing today. I stopped by to have my engagement ring adjusted, and Malak truly rolled out the red carpet. The level of care, professionalism, and attention to detail was exceptional. You can tell they take real pride in their work and in making customers feel valued. I highly recommend them and will definitely be back. They also have an incredible collection of Alexandrite stones—honestly unlike anything I’ve seen at other locations in Charlotte.

They were kind and flexible throughout the process as we narrowed down the perfect ring, and then changed our minds. They were also very efficient in creating them. Everyone we met wanted to be helpful and was so friendly. We are beyond happy with the final result and can’t wait to go back for the wedding bands!

4 months agoThis is my first time being engaged and we went to several jewelers in Charlotte but the only store that had several designs I like were there. I forgot the name of the guy who accommodated us but he was very nice. We gave our budget and they were very honest and gave us a discount. I love my ring! I was there with my fiancé when we picked the ring.

The selection was beautiful, and we were able to find exactly what we were looking for. The craftsmanship and attention to detail were impressive, and the store itself was clean, elegant, and welcoming. I especially appreciated the excellent customer service .
