a month agoMalak and Millia were absolutely amazing today. I stopped by to have my engagement ring adjusted, and Malak truly rolled out the red carpet. The level of care, professionalism, and attention to detail was exceptional. You can tell they take real pride in their work and in making customers feel valued. I highly recommend them and will definitely be back. They also have an incredible collection of Alexandrite stones—honestly unlike anything I’ve seen at other locations in Charlotte.

4 months agoWe had such a wonderful experience from the moment we walked in the door. We were greeted and assisted immediately by a number of friendly people. I had my center stone replaced and my rings rhodium plated and they turned out beautifully, they look brand new! I can’t recommend Malak Jewelers enough!

The vertical necklace was once a family ring. The ring and other necklace were designed for me with exceptional suggestions, guidance and advice by Sam. 6 months agoHad a great experience with Sam and the whole team. I brought in a loose center stone that I purchased online and had a custom band created. I felt the price was fair and they were able to integrate the diamond I bought without any pushback at all. The band was ready in just a few weeks and customer service was great the whole time. Would recommend!
