Malak and Millia were absolutely amazing today. I stopped by to have my engagement ring adjusted, and Malak truly rolled out the red carpet. The level of care, professionalism, and attention to detail was exceptional. You can tell they take real pride in their work and in making customers feel valued. I highly recommend them and will definitely be back. They also have an incredible collection of Alexandrite stones—honestly unlike anything I’ve seen at other locations in Charlotte.

We had such a wonderful experience from the moment we walked in the door. We were greeted and assisted immediately by a number of friendly people. I had my center stone replaced and my rings rhodium plated and they turned out beautifully, they look brand new! I can’t recommend Malak Jewelers enough!

This is my first time being engaged and we went to several jewelers in Charlotte but the only store that had several designs I like were there. I forgot the name of the guy who accommodated us but he was very nice. We gave our budget and they were very honest and gave us a discount. I love my ring! I was there with my fiancé when we picked the ring.

They were also very efficient in creating them. Everyone we met wanted to be helpful and was so friendly. We are beyond happy with the final result and can’t wait to go back for the wedding bands!

Had a great experience with Sam and the whole team. I brought in a loose center stone that I purchased online and had a custom band created. I felt the price was fair and they were able to integrate the diamond I bought without any pushback at all. The band was ready in just a few weeks and customer service was great the whole time. Would recommend!
