I made an appointment at Malak Jewelers to have a few pieces appraised. They were recommended to me by a good friend and I asked ChatGBT to recommend a fair, trustworthy & reasonably affordable jeweler for appraisals. I couldn’t be happier with my experience. I was greeted by Melissa and she was amazing! While my items were being evaluated, Melissa showed me around. What a huge selection of absolutely stunning jewelry. I have always wanted a small tennis bracelet. She showed me a few and I decided on the perfect one. Exactly what I had envisioned. The appraiser was extremely knowledgeable and helpful. If you have any jewelry needs, Malak is the place!!

Malak and Millia were absolutely amazing today. I stopped by to have my engagement ring adjusted, and Malak truly rolled out the red carpet. The level of care, professionalism, and attention to detail was exceptional. You can tell they take real pride in their work and in making customers feel valued. I highly recommend them and will definitely be back. They also have an incredible collection of Alexandrite stones—honestly unlike anything I’ve seen at other locations in Charlotte.

This is my first time being engaged and we went to several jewelers in Charlotte but the only store that had several designs I like were there. I forgot the name of the guy who accommodated us but he was very nice. We gave our budget and they were very honest and gave us a discount. I love my ring! I was there with my fiancé when we picked the ring.

The selection was beautiful, and we were able to find exactly what we were looking for. The craftsmanship and attention to detail were impressive, and the store itself was clean, elegant, and welcoming. I especially appreciated the excellent customer service . We have bought multiple pieces of jewelry from Malak and we have been pleased each time. I highly recommend this jewelry store. I will definitely be returning for future purchases.

Absolutely terrible customer service (0/5 stars). My mother was made to feel unwelcome and judged the moment we walked in. It was clear that this store treats people differently based on how they look rather than with the respect every customer deserves. The owner was incredibly rude, and the entire experience left a bad impression. Buying jewelry should be enjoyable, not uncomfortable. I would strongly recommend taking your business to one of the many other jewelry stores in the Ballantyne area like Ballantyne Jewelry.
