For our anniversary, my husband generously offered for me to upgrade my diamond engagement ring. Sam helped us create a custom 3 diamond ring that was exactly what I envisioned, taking us through the process step by step with his extensive knowledge and experience designing jewelry. The whole process took about a month, and that included getting a wax of the ring to judge the proportions and sizing. I love my new ring and was very pleased with Sam and Malak, highly recommended.

I have been a customer of Malak for 3-4 years now, and every experience that I have had with them has been wonderful. Their wide variety of in-house inventory is beautiful, and they always "under promise and over deliver," in both quality and timeliness of service! All repairs that I have taken to them have been handled meticulously and have exceeded my expectations, and each time I have taken a repair to them, they have turned it around faster than I expected. Recently, I asked Sam to create a pair of custom earrings for me, and they turned out beautifully; they are now--by far--my favorite pair of all time. Sam was so patient and kind while we were ironing out the details of what I wanted, and he seemed to be just as excited to show me the end product as I was to see them!
