I had my daughters Quince in the hall and I have to say I am in love with the service and the attention to detail the team is. If you ever have the need to do any event I highly recommend Alyssa as she was always so willing to help and always so understanding.

The Grand Marquise is one of the most beautiful venues both physical and emotionally. The building itself is just immaculate. All of the details from the architecture of the building to the big chandeliers and mirrors that make their room look 10 times bigger. And the beautiful paintings on the ceiling just adds such a beautiful touch. Down to the smallest details in both the groom suite and the bridal suite that just make it feel so homey. The staff was absolutely incredible and treated us with such grace. With this thing you you get so many more perks than you wouldn’t and the other venue. They have both up lighting and down lighting. They have surround systems and one of the best perks is they have a jewelry store connected to their venue that we were able to find the most beautiful setting for my ring and the most awesome ring for my husband. I would absolutely recommend this thing to anybody.

absolutely love working at The Grand Marquise! As a floral designer, I’ve had the pleasure of creating arrangements for many events here, every time the experience has been wonderful. Last year, I also hosted my daughter’s Quinceañera there and everything turned out amazing. The venue is stunning, and the staff made the entire process seamless and stress-free. I loved working with Cathy and now Alyssa she always incredibly helpful and so easy to work with her attention to detail and warm personality truly make a difference. And Anfesa, the owner, is such a genuine person. I’m grateful for all the amazing events I’ve been part of here and look forward to many more in the future!

One of the best decisions we have made deciding to have our wedding at the Grand Marquis Ballroom. The venue is absolutely stunning, along with the staff. Alyssa, our on-site coordinator, was incredible. She was organized, calm, and made everything run so smoothly. We couldn’t have asked for a better day or a better team. A Truly Grand Experience! Shaw University hosted our Epic Gala at The Grand Marquise Ballroom, and the entire evening was nothing short of spectacular! From the moment we arrived, the staff greeted us with warmth and professionalism. The ballroom itself is absolutely stunning; elegant chandeliers, beautiful architectural details, and a layout that made the event feel both intimate and grand. The event team(Alyssa Ross) was incredibly accommodating and attentive to every detail, ensuring our program ran smoothly from start to finish. The lighting, sound, and atmosphere created the perfect backdrop for a memorable night of celebration and community. We received so many compliments from guests about the venue’s beauty and the seamless flow of the evening. The Grand Marquise Ballroom truly elevated our Epic Gala and made it an unforgettable experience. Highly recommended for any upscale event or university celebration!
