Grand Marquise Ballroom

My husband and I got married at this wedding venue and everything was absolutely amazing. The staff and customer service was excellent!!! This place is more beautiful in person than the pics on here. I will recommend The Grand Marquise Ballroom to anyone getting married!!It was really a fairytale come true!! You will not be disappointed. The Grand Marquis was best. I loved coordinating the wedding reception for Suhaa and Yusef. and Kathy and her staff were great to work with. You need to book your wedding there.

Visited on May 5th 2021 for a friends wedding and got a very pleasing expression. Interior is soft but very well designed with spaciousness. Clean and tidy. Staff is super courteous and service is awesome. One can easily feel the luxury combined with convenience. Will highly recommend .

The space is absolutely beautiful. The wedding theme was royal and this was like a palace. The bridal suit was a little small for a party of 10 plus camera and hair crew. I would say consider this venue though.

I had 2 parties here for my daughters. The first party didn’t go as planned and I wouldn’t have come back but my daughter insisted on having it the same place as her sister bc that was always their plan together. In the first party they ran out of beer promised for the timing of the party. They didn’t have soda or water that I paid for. I had to go get soda and water so my guest would have something to drink. In the second party they didn’t serve alcohol for 2 hours at the open bar as promised in my contract. I went to tell the staff and Tammy told me I only work day of I can’t do anything to help you. That I could come back and talk to Katy and she would resolve the issue but that didn’t help much since my party would be over by that time. When I came to talk to Katy she was very rude and not helpful. She said they had cameras and would review the footage and let me know what she found in the recording. She never returned my phone call to let me know. I called multiple times over a span of 2-3 days and she never answered or called me back. I called right after with my daughters phone (a number she wouldn’t know) and what do you know she answered that call. Unexpectedly it was me on the other line and she didn’t have an answer for me. She said after reviewing the footage she would show me and she didn’t want to show me. I’m assuming they were wrong and just don’t want to refund me the money for time lost in the bar. They also withheld my deposit because they said I had too many people at the party but that wasn’t true and we showed pictures for proof and they didn’t seem to care. I was telling friends about my experience and others have told me the same thing happened when they went to other parties here.
