a month agoIt was my first time staying at the four points and Iam a 20 year local and I absolutely loved this hotel. The lobby was very clean and the front desk was super helpful. I absolutely loved the view of the waterway and the pool area waa so nice with loungers and fire pits! Was there for a wedding and it was just very nice. Gor a room on the second floor waterway view and it was so relaxing. The room was clean and just overall an amazing experience. There is an awesome restaurant downstairs as well and bar! I recommend anyone coming to myrtle to stay at the four points sherton! Thanks again.

a month agoOverall the hotel is nice and fairly conveniently located. Pretty much everybody I came in contact with was very helpful and friendly. The reason for dismissing one star is because I messaged through the app and called to see if early check-in would be available. Was not going to be a big deal if it was not but the reply I got was if there's a room when you get here will check you in. I even gave the time that I would be there yet that was the best answer they would give. I would much rather get a simple yes or no versus having to gamble and make a stop just to find out that there's not a room available. It's not that difficult. If you know you have a customer coming and a room is available with the reasonable time there's no reason it can't be ready. If the hotel was full and rooms are still being turned and not available then so be it. Just something I find not very service friendly in that regards. Everything else with the stay was fantastic and I will stay there again. Just not a fan of that practice

a month agoWe came to Four Points on a business trip, but we fell in love so much with the atmosphere and location that we decided to make it our wedding and reception venue. The people at the front desk (Sally, McKayla) were all so welcoming and accommodating. They greeted all our guests and remembered their names, many commented about it. We had the Bistro cater our wedding and the food was top notch. We couldn't of asked for better, but the true hero was Teresa. Not only is she a bartender, but she is a stellar marketing salesman. I came up with some hairbrained ideas and Teresa made all my dreams come true. We had some problems with the sales director, but once Teresa took over all my worries went out the window. She was so easy to work with, professional, and you could see how much she loved what she was doing. We started there on a business trip, but we now have a lifelong friend. 10/10 recommend Teresa for ALL your entertaining needs.

3 months agoThe best preassure on a shower I've seen in at a hotel in a long time. They have a breakfast buffet but it comes with a cost of $15. I'm sure it would be worth every penny. The indoor-to-outdoor pool with gym made it easy to unwind. Loved the Resto/Bar on site with their awesome, quorky bartender, Teresa. Hope to be back.
