The hotel itself is very nice. The rooms are clean and well-maintained. The front desk service and maid service were beyond reproach. The reason for the 3 is the breakfast service. It costs $14.95 for the same breakfast that in my opinion is free in most hotels. The eggs seemed to be the kind from a carton. There were no bagels and minimal fruit. The biscuits were cold and served from an aluminum mixing bowl. The warming elements were turned off so the food was cold. The coffee was great and the gravy was good. Thankfully, our friend (who is a platinum member) booked our rooms and got our breakfast included. We were disappointed enough to go to a restaurant and pay rather than get free breakfast there.

This Hotel is wonderful. Better yet my folks paid for me and my brother to have our own room. I had a great time spending my whole week last week at the hotel. Especially the pool and the scrabble game. I didn’t have time to go in the pool on Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday because my folks told I need to wait till my food digest ( Tuesday) I have to relax ( Wednesday) and wait for the plunger to come so that I can unclog the toilet and I didn’t have time to go to the pool and we had to get up early so we can leave Friday morning. *Also, how come you left the wall to the pool open to the pool on half of the inside and outside?* Also, I tried the Shrimp Pasta that you have a the hotel and it was delicious. I had a wonderful week last week at the hotel and I can’t wait to come back again.

I was here for a sleep study. The front desk staff was top-notch. Samantha was so nice and friendly. She's a polished gem. The lobby is huge! And the breakfast buffet is well stocked. Room was very spacious, I did subtract 1 star for the lack of a refrigerator though. Now this may be because the room I was in was more set up for the sleep study.🤷🏼‍♀️ The shower was wonderful and extremely roomy. Nice spray head. No mold like some others had posted about The hand soap smelled so good. I would definitely stay here again. Nice view of the Intracoastal Waterway.

I really enjoyed my stay here. The rooms have a clean, minimalistic modern design and the balcony view is excellent. The staff are friendly and attentive, and there’s plenty of parking available. The only downside was that the rooms seemed to have a bit of a humidity issue, but overall it was a comfortable and pleasant experience.

Such a disappointment. What kind of pool is that? We was hoping enjoying the indoor/outdoor pool. But look at the ground of the pool. And it was connected to outside pool so they share same water i think. We end up paying 200$ for a weekend day stay. There is literally nothing other than the lobby and lobby’s view. Rooms are tiny, the hotel is outdated. They clean (this is the good part but also bad part) There was a strong smell of cleaning products and we had to go outside and keep balcony door open. There is no breakfast. Just coffee black tea green tea. No variety.
