Four Points by Sheraton

Needs some serious deep cleaning in bathrooms. So I called to have a late check out and Micaela helped me a lot with that issue. She was very nice and attentive. She solved my problem. The room was ok, the beds were comfortable the sheets seemed clean, I slept really good. My huge issue was with the bath shower; it had mold in it. I didn’t called the front desk because was 4:30 in the morning, I was tired of our long drive. But honestly, I think that bathrooms are one of the things that need to be very clean. I hope they can do a better job for next customers.

More Pros than Cons I am giving this 4 stars but that is a bit liberal. I think the TA rating of 3.5 is more accurate. Pros - Decent location next to water way Two pools - Indoor and Outdoor !! Very comfortable bed - 9 out of 10 Spacious lobby with full service bar and restaurant Friendly staff Clean room Cons - Many repair and maintenance items in room. Cracked walls Holes in ceiling Room sparsely decorated No breakfast included We would stay here again as the the Pros outweigh the Cons.

We had a booking issue through a secondary party, and the hotel staff was extremely accommodating to get us squared away. When I was halfway to the airport, I realized that I had left my laptop in the room safe. I called the hotel desk, and the manager, Dave, offered to retrieve, pack, and ship it to me without hesitation. A huge relief avoiding all the stress of backtracking and changing flights! Thank you to the staff at the Four Points for making our stay enjoyable and relaxing...and for going above and beyond to help with my computer!

This hotel is fine. The outside pool area could use more umbrellas, and the tables need to be cleaned / maintained better. The cushions are dirty and torn. Honestly, do better. Replace the torn cushions and overly stained cushions. The restaurant is not open on Sunday, but the menu and hours are no where to be found and hardly anyone is ever at the front desk to ask. The rooms are basic, but nice and comfortable, and the shower water pressure is good. If you need a hotel, you'll be comfortable enough for sleeping and showering. If you're looking for a slightly more luxurious hotel, or to spend any time in the hotel, this isn't it.

Our leadership team stays at the Four Points - we recently had an event. Four Points is a wonderful destination for business and pleasure. Completely remodeled - a beautiful setting along the intracoastal waterway! Victoria and team are so nice, very professional and eager to please! You need to check out their food & beverage too - AWESOME! I would highly recommend them for any family, business or public gathering! Many thanks to Victoria and her team!
