    Room was a 4, the new renovated rooms are millennial grey and lack the nostalgia that the red/gold and wood tones brought to the Embassy. I always felt like this place gave "Titanic" vibes if you know what I mean, and Im sad to see it go. I booked a room for 5 nights and 4 days, ours was in the newly renovated floors. I booked 2 one night stays for my family to meet us for the NYE 2026. Both of their rooms were in the not newly renovated floors. They had no complaints, they enjoyed their rooms very much. Breakfasts are very good, and there is something for everyone. Chef Jeff (Davis) was very personable and great at his job! New years eve we had dinner at the Rocky River Grill, we went all out and had a fantastic meal! The pool is small, but sufficient. I love that it opens at 6 and closes at 11. It really helps to have those extended hours, since we go out of way to book Hilton stays with indoor pools. Always can find time to get in a swim. Service and every other aspect of our stay was a solid 5 stars. We also visited the aquairium, concord mills mall, and the Charlotte motor speedway Christmas lights. If you are going in the colder months or especially around Xmas or NYE these are all great family fun activities that were worth the money spent.

    We were there for a week long event. The new renovations are great, with the only issue being one of the three elevators was out of order the whole week. The service was great, and the staff were friendly. I especially want to thank Tameka at the front desk, Norman who made our drinks at evening events, and Lorraine in the coffee shop. Lastly, Raquel at the front desk quickly solved an issue I was having for an upcoming reservation at the hotel in September. Thx for a wonderful visit!

    Our stay at the Concord NC Embassy Suites by Hilton was top notch! Everything was perfect. Staff were great, food was great, our rooms were great, and I have to brag on the fabulous Spa Botanica! It is located within the hotel, and I noticed it while having breakfast. Their sign on the wall showed all of the MANY different services available. So I went online, as the spa was not open yet. I chose the service I wanted, and it gave me 3 availabilities that same day. The moment I walked in I knew this was a top quality spa. From Lisa welcoming me, showing me around, and making me feel comfortable, to my FABULOUS masseuse, LaTonya, I had the best experience ever! Not to mention the thoughtful complimentary healthy snacks, fresh fruit water; the comfortable surroundings, and the complimentary glass of wine after my massage. I was encouraged to sit and enjoy the ambiance while I sipped my wine. And it was the best deep tissue massage I’ve ever had. LaTonya is a gem, and helped my aching back and neck tremendously. HIGHLY recommend!!

    I brought my grandson for an overnight stay to celebrate his birthday. We stayed on the top floor. the air conditioning in the room stayed at 77° ALL NIGHT. The bathroom sink was clogged With greasy whisker debris that floated all the way up inside the sink. The light bulb is burned out over the sink area. There was not a "sleeping late" sign available, so I was disturbed before 9 am by room service wanting to clean my room. In the morning, I went down for breakfast, and they were down to one line on the buffet and there was no fruit, no bagels, a handful of bacon. I asked the lady if they were going to replenish it, she said she was going to look into it. After we ate breakfast, we came downstairs to come to the pool, and our key card would not allow us access, we requested someone to come and let us in. And the manager "acting manager" came downstairs, he swiped the door with his key and looked at me like I was the problem. Then he looked at my canned drink in my hand and told me that I could not take it into the pool area, the sign on the door said no glass allowed, it didn't say anything about cans. He made me dispose of it before he would allow me access and he questioned me about what was in my grandson's Spider-Man suitcase. He was unapologetic, he was very RUDE and customer service was non-existent. I am very disappointed. My Grandson had a blast and had no idea of all the issues that I was dealing with behind the scenes cause he just turned 5, so I'm glad he had a great experience.

    I was staying here for a work event and I ready enjoyed my stay. The rooms and the hotel had all been renovated and looked very nice. The rooms were cooled properly unlike some of the others I have been to which is a huge plus for me. The staff was nice and welcoming. My only complaint would be about the food service during our conference. Food was not cooked all the way or over cooked on some. The ran out of bacon for breakfast but tried to serve it as a snack 2 hours later. Pancakes and no syrup. Sausage was disgusting. For our lunch once again they ran out of things but this time they were essential for the food they were serving. Hot dogs and burgers with no buns. They ran out of grilled chicken. The sides they offered needed to have some better selections. There was not a single side dish I would eat and they did not have any chips. You can’t have burgers and hot dogs without chips. Oh and the sweet tea was NOT sweet tea. Maybe NC just isn’t southern enough for what I’m used to lol. But overall it was a good experience.
