Embassy Suites by Hilton Charlotte Concord Golf Resort & Spa

Loved our weekend here for our Kfeirian Family reunion! The suites were spacious, comfortable and clean. But let’s talk about the food! Both Saturday and Sunday nights we had the chef cook Mediterranean style meals for our group. It was the best we have had at a hotel in the past three years. I loved how the chef put his own spin on our family recipes. Charlotte was a great place to have our family reunion and this hotel helped to make our reunion a great success!

My weekend getaway was perfect. My husband did a Great Job. From check in to check out everything was Awesome. Candy was very helpful and positive energy was Amazing. Breakfast was good, drinks were good and cleanliness of the rooms were good. I am a Hilton Rewards Member so I always choose them first and they never disappoint. See you again soon.

Checked in with tamika. What a warm and friendly person. She checked on me and my stay every time she saw me. She was a pleasure. Being from Philly the cheese steak was delicious. Eric the bartender was also great. Very friendly. Both of these individuals were very professional. My stay at your hotel was fantastic.

The breakfast was great. Our room was clean but dark and in need of some updating. The poor lighting and dark colors make for a gloomy experience. The pool water was so cloudy, I wouldn't go in it. One of the three elevators was out of service making for a long wait. The limited hours of the restaurant and coffee shop are inconvenient. The enclosed atrium makes a single table of boisterous guests sound like a large crowd throughout the entire hotel. Throw in a handful of screaming unsupervised kids and forget any sense of peace. Despite this, it wasn't an unpleasant visit. Just understand and accept what your experience will be like.

We enjoyed our short stay very much. The service was excellent and the friendly staff went above and beyond to make us feel welcome and ensure we had a pleasant experience. The concert was rescheduled but we enjoyed our stay anyway. Kudos to Marlyn for making us feel welcome and being a great bartender! We will definitely be back!
