The Courtyard Raleigh/Cary Parkside Town Commons opened in April 2019, offering a variety of guest room options with onsite Bistro & Bar, indoor pool, and onsite event space accommodating groups of up to 300.
We’re located only 7-miles from RDU International Airport and located within Parkside Town Commons with over 50 retail shops, restaurants, and entertainment within walking distance. Our beautiful onsite meeting facilities are great for corporate and social functions! Our event venue, offers our Clients 6,524 Sq Ft of flexible indoor and outdoor event space.
Plan a rehearsal dinner in the Davis Ballroom, our largest space with serene views of the woods. All portions of the Davis Ballroom boast natural light throughout and leads into a spacious pre-function area with access to an adjacent outdoor terrace with firepit.
Courtyard Raleigh/Cary Parkside Town Commons provides full-service catering options for events. Courtyard Raleigh/Cary Parkside Town Commons, under certain conditions, will allow an outside caterer to provide specialty foods or ethnic cuisine that our culinary staff is not able to prepare. Please check in with the hotel for further details.
If additional break-out space is required, our Boardroom comfortably accommodates 12 guests.

in the last weekStayed here for two nights. Rooms were cleaned. Service members were pleasant. Location was central to shopping and food. Short drive into Raleigh. All around great experience. 2x ev chargers available for use.

a week agoI've always been impressed by the incredibly friendly and attentive staff at this location. This is one of my preferred places to stay when I have to travel for work and I certainly recommend it. Between the staff, location, clean rooms, it makes staying for travel comfortable and enjoyable.

5 months agoPretty basic Courtyard. Staff are friendly. Location seemed nice online but it’s a bit hard to get to. You can walk to Starbucks etc but there’s a lot of speeding traffic who will not slow down for pedestrians. The bathroom is decent. Room fairly large. The TV in my room only showed basic channels the “free MAX” etc wasn’t working. They don’t have basic toiletries like body lotion you would find at any other motel. There are no curtains. There’s a blackout shade that can be opened or closed so if you don’t want people in the parking lot watching you you’re in the dark. There’s no headboard on the beds just a pillow against the wall. Wish they had a breakfast.

2 months agoNewer hotel in the area. Wonderful service and location. Has 2 onsite electrical charging ports - first come first serve. Across the street next to Harris Teeter has the Tesla charging stations. There are various food options close by.

3 months agoGreat courtyard. Rooms are a little tight. Bath is great size for the space. TV had a line going down the middle and no resolution was offered.
