The Courtyard Raleigh/Cary Parkside Town Commons opened in April 2019, offering a variety of guest room options with onsite Bistro & Bar, indoor pool, and onsite event space accommodating groups of up to 300.
We’re located only 7-miles from RDU International Airport and located within Parkside Town Commons with over 50 retail shops, restaurants, and entertainment within walking distance. Our beautiful onsite meeting facilities are great for corporate and social functions! Our event venue, offers our Clients 6,524 Sq Ft of flexible indoor and outdoor event space.
Plan a rehearsal dinner in the Davis Ballroom, our largest space with serene views of the woods. All portions of the Davis Ballroom boast natural light throughout and leads into a spacious pre-function area with access to an adjacent outdoor terrace with firepit.
Courtyard Raleigh/Cary Parkside Town Commons provides full-service catering options for events. Courtyard Raleigh/Cary Parkside Town Commons, under certain conditions, will allow an outside caterer to provide specialty foods or ethnic cuisine that our culinary staff is not able to prepare. Please check in with the hotel for further details.
If additional break-out space is required, our Boardroom comfortably accommodates 12 guests.

a month agoMy wife and I had a great stay at this property. The spacious room was equipted with the latest in technology, the bedding was very comfortable and the service was incredible. The bartender was a very engaging lady and the front desk person, Milly and shuttle driver Mick were very helpful, kind & caing as they assisted my wife and I with important transportation.

4 months agoWe came to see Russell Peters at Raleigh improv near the hotel (and got to see him briefly in the lobby on check in too). The hotel is about 7 years old but feels newer. Given our Ambassador status, we were upgraded to a 2 queen bed suite on their top floor which was very clean and spacious. The service was great and a shout out for Millie who provided us exceptional service and was a delight to speak with. We were offered points vs $20 food and beverage on checking. Lots of restaurants nearby and very close to the airport as well. Gym was clean and they have an indoor pool. Highly recommend staying here!

4 months agoI was there for a conference and didn't stay in a room. The conference area was very nice and the food was excellent. All the staff were nice and courteous. If I ever did need to stay there I wouldn't hesitate to do so

2 weeks agoVery nice hotel and gym. The walls are a little thin so if you sing in the shower… you’re giving a concert. Beware

6 months agoOk...this is a Courtyard done right!! So much better than the one in Hampton VA the previous night. The rooms are very spacious and feel clean. Love the bathroom setup. I do wish they used better quality body wash but that's an opinion. Staff was attentive and professional. This is a hotel I'd stay at over and over again!
