The Courtyard Raleigh/Cary Parkside Town Commons opened in April 2019, offering a variety of guest room options with onsite Bistro & Bar, indoor pool, and onsite event space accommodating groups of up to 300.
We’re located only 7-miles from RDU International Airport and located within Parkside Town Commons with over 50 retail shops, restaurants, and entertainment within walking distance. Our beautiful onsite meeting facilities are great for corporate and social functions! Our event venue, offers our Clients 6,524 Sq Ft of flexible indoor and outdoor event space.
Plan a rehearsal dinner in the Davis Ballroom, our largest space with serene views of the woods. All portions of the Davis Ballroom boast natural light throughout and leads into a spacious pre-function area with access to an adjacent outdoor terrace with firepit.
Courtyard Raleigh/Cary Parkside Town Commons provides full-service catering options for events. Courtyard Raleigh/Cary Parkside Town Commons, under certain conditions, will allow an outside caterer to provide specialty foods or ethnic cuisine that our culinary staff is not able to prepare. Please check in with the hotel for further details.
If additional break-out space is required, our Boardroom comfortably accommodates 12 guests.

3 weeks agoGreat location. Very nice lobby and meeting spaces. Limited restaurant on site with bar. Small shallow pool for kids. Would've been nicer with regular size pool. Laundry was convenient and reasonable. Staff was great. Rooms were nice. Could use more dresser space. Bathroom venting and details were small issue. Overall great spot. Would recommend and stay there again.

3 months agoCan’t say enough good things about this hotel. We used this location for the guest room block for our June 2024 wedding. The location is perfectly situated in a great shopping with all the food options you could want. The rooms were modern, clean, and very comfortable. We were able to utilize a complimentary shuttle for guests to and from the wedding. Staff even offered to take guests in cars if there was not enough room on the shuttle. Would highly recommend this hotel for anyone in the area!

a month agoFriendly staff. Room was clean and fresh. Gym was good too. Overall a solid hotel for my business trip. Local eateries were in close proximity and I will stay again.

a month agoThis is not your ordinary Courtyard! I am a Marriott Bonvoy Titanium member and decided to write a quick review. This was one of the most excellent Courtyard hotels I have stayed in. It rivals a full service hotel. The location was great right in the middle of RTP area and countless stores and restaurants. Right in the parking lot is a Panera Bread. The staff was great as well, especially Millie and the night auditor. The rooms were nice , clean, and well kept. There is a shuttle that runs to several nearby stores/restaurants (see pucs) and the airport.
