About
Indian food for us is almost like eating a slice of pizza on the streets of New York City. We eat Indian food three times a day, every day. There is no planning, no reservation necessary to eat our meals. We desired to present the same experience for our customers, real, homestyle cooked Indian food in a fast and casual environment. We want our guests to be able to decide to eat Chicken Tikka Masala just as fast and casually as they would a burger!
We offer a unique dining experience for our customers. Enjoy fresh and spicy Indian food in a casual and comfortable atmosphere.
All our curries are gluten free and nut free. We buy our produce from the local Farmers Market as much as possible.
Our food is from Northeast region of India, particular to the state of Bihar. We use many health beneficial spices and herbs in our cooking. The varieties of herbs and spices are customarily the same but their combination and the amounts we use are different for each dish. The varying combination of spices and the different techniques in which we cook gives distinctiveness to each dish.
Above all, we use a great deal of fresh vegetables and herbs, purchased from the local farmers market, which gives our food its individual flavors.
We serve rice and Roghani Naan, salad and cilantro chutney with majority of our meals. Roghani Naan is not tandoori naan and it is not quite a pita bread. It is a round yeast bread that falls between a traditional Tandoori Naan and a pita bread.
We offer non- vegetarian and vegetarian meals including many vegan options as well. We offer fresh, homemade desserts, all of which are made with cream cheese icing

a month agoI’m usually not one to rave about service bc imo food is the most important thing but mustafa changed that for me!! He was so kind and attentive considering you order the food at the front counter and pay before you have your meal. But don’t let my first comment fool you, the food is absolutely delicious!!! Omg especially the deserts.. pls listen to them and also go to their bakery location in Raleigh. We got the pistachio cloud cake and I swear i dream about it lol. Not too sweet, moist, and decadent. Let the pictures speak for themselves— it’s cute for insta, tasty for the belly, and good on your wallet lol. Quick note, the mango lassi here is the best we’ve had here in NC, we’re from nyc. Trusttttttt.

4 months agoI am not a person who usually reviews restaurants but after i left the restaurant, i decided i will give a review asap. The food was delicious, presentation was great, ambience was amazing as well as the service. The owner is such a humble person. This is much different than the typical indian restaurants i have been before. My whole family loved eating here.

5 months agoButter chicken was good, the cauliflower wrap was not that great and can be much better. Rest everything was great. The shrimp biryani was a little spicy but I believe we missed mentioning our spice level while ordering. The atmosphere and staff is great and very polite. The gulab jamun cake was just awesome ❤️. I would rate as 4.5 overall

2 months agoImmaculate. I used to drive for DoorDash and was always fascinated by this place whenever I'd pick up from there. So glad I finally came in for a meal. You order and pay at the counter but they still come back and check on you throughout your meal. You can also order with a QR code from your table if you prefer or want to add more food. The staff is just so so nice. Everyone from the guy at the counter, to the owner/manager (?), to the people who bussed our table were just a joy. The atmosphere is so beautiful and peaceful without being stuffy or unapproachably fancy. I didn't feel under-dressed in my jeans and a T-shirt but I could also see getting dressed up and going out for a really nice date night here. I like Indian food but haven't tried a ton of different things, so being as I was feeling more hungry than adventurous last night, I got the butter chicken. It was great! I appreciated that it comes with naan, chickpea salad, cilantro chutney, and rice, as opposed to just rice. Oh, and how could I forget the mango lassi!? Incredible. I could've drank 3-5 glasses. Sadly, I did not try any of the amazing looking desserts, but there's always next time
