The story of Bhindi Jewellers began nearly 100 years ago. Our founder, Karsanji Bhindi, a fifth-generation goldsmith, emigrated from India to the Fiji Islands with the hope of sharing his craft. Karsanji opened a modest showroom in the Fijian city of Suva, which began to thrive. Since its inception, Bhindi Jewelers has demonstrated a commitment to superior quality and customer service which was personally embodied by its founder.

5 months agoI have shopped at Bhindi Jewelers for over 2 decades. I used to go to the showroom with my parents and now I go by myself whenever I fly back home to Atlanta looking to buy gold. The customer service is always great and I end up always getting a good deal on what I purchase. For my birthday this year I bought the 2 rings shown. Most of the jewelry in store is 22kt gold. The bracelet in the second picture my father bought for me but it is also from Bhindi. Will keep shopping with Bhindi as long as they have a great selection and good prices.

a month agoI had a very disappointing experience at this jewelry store. I went there to buy a small hook for my gold chain because my original one was broken. The staff member showed me a hook and quoted a price of $145. When I asked for the weight, he said it was around 0.30 - 0.40grams. Since gold jewelry is normally priced based on weight and the day’s gold rate, I politely asked why the price was so high for such a small weight. He then told me that for smaller items they do not price based on weight, which I had never heard before, so I politely asked for further explanation. Instead of explaining, the staff member responded rudely and said in Hindi, “Didi, yeh kaam karo — aap apna chain le lo, main nahi kar sakta,” which means he told me to take my chain and go back, refusing to help further. As a customer, I believe I have the right to ask for details about pricing before making a purchase. Being treated this way for simply asking a reasonable question was very upsetting and unprofessional. I ‘PERSONALLY’ felt that this store does not value customers who come for smaller purchases Because of this experience, I have lost respect for this store and will not be returning.

7 months agoHad a great experience with Priti!! She was very patient even when we were taking a while to decide what to get. And the store has a good selection of jewelry, traditional + modern styles. Will be coming back :)))

4 months agoI am writing a formal complaint regarding the unprofessional and abusive behavior of your staff, including the store manager, Harsh. During my visit, I was body shamed and mocked about my hand size by multiple staff members, led by the manager. This behavior was humiliating, disrespectful, and completely unacceptable, creating a hostile environment and reflecting extremely poor customer service. This jewelry store has the worst staff I have ever encountered.
