5 months agoDipna is great. The laser she uses for hair removal is fast and painless. I like that she's transparent on prices and doesn't try to sell anything extra (but she has good sales). Other places that I have tried are the exact opposite of Dipna's. I wish I found her sooner. I also love having one less thing to do (shave/wax) and one less thing to think about (body hair).

a month agoMy laser sessions were going okay until Dipna burnt my lower face and neck. I was nice about it and Dipna took that for granted. I did not appreciate how un-straightforward she became once I told her I am cancelling my remaining sessions. She started giving me the run around, texting me to come meet her at the spa then not showing up twice and when I called her, she said she forgot. Then she calls me to say she’s out of town and met with a lawyer and accountant about how to refund me lol. It was strange and weird behavior, since she agreed to refund me the unused sessions and offered to refund me my entire treatment. I still would have recommended her service to people but after the way she handled things, people need to be mindful that you’ll see a different side of her if there is any issue that requires a refund.
