Prestonwood Country Club

My Husband and I got married at Prestonwood on November 1st, 2025 and had an amazing experience! Elissa was there every step of the way and ensured all of the details were correct and everything went smoothly. I am very detail oriented and she was the perfect person to work with, as she is also very detail oriented. The food that we ordered was great and the drinks were also amazing. Prestonwood ensured that our dream wedding was executed, and for that my Husband and I will be forever thankful! 10/10 experience!

We hosted our daughter and now son in laws wedding reception at the Prestonwood Country Club on 7/11th. Everything was absolutely perfect! Not a single detail was missed. Starting with the cocktail hour to the reception there was nothing but perfection. We worked with Elissa on all the details from start to finish. She was awesome to work with and made sure to keep us on track. The food service was plated. Absolutely delicious and portions were generous. It was a smaller wedding with 80 people. The way the rooms were set up the space was perfect! Literally can’t think of a single thing that was off. I can’t wait for the next opportunity to host another event at Prestonwood Country Club, I would have absolutely no hesitation at all.

We could not have asked for a better wedding experience than what we had at Prestonwood Country Club. From the very beginning, Elissa was absolutely incredible to work with. She helped us bring our vision to life, from creating the exact signature cocktails we wanted to walking us through décor decisions and room layout logistics to make sure everything was perfect. She was attentive, responsive, and patient with every email and question, and truly made a very stressed bride feel calm and confident throughout the planning process. On the day of the wedding, Elissa, Casey, and the entire banquet staff completely blew it out of the water. They were attentive without being intrusive, constantly checking in to make sure we had everything we needed and that both we and our guests were happy. They also executed the flip of the ceremony room to the reception quickly and efficiently during cocktail hour which I know is not an easy task! Our guests have not stopped raving about the food! The appetizers were fantastic, and the tomato bisque and filet were absolute standouts. As someone who previously worked in events, I know how much coordination and behind-the-scenes effort it takes to execute catering at this level, and it was clear that the attention to detail and high standard of service were truly there. We are so grateful to the Prestonwood team for making our wedding day seamless, memorable, and beyond what we imagined. Highly recommend to any couple considering their venue!!

The RDU Airport Authority Winter Celebration at the elegant Prestonwood Country Club was absolutely amazing from start to finish. The venue was beautiful, festive, and perfectly set the tone for a perfect evening. A special shoutout to Elissa the senior catering manager, who was truly outstanding. She was incredibly helpful, attentive, and accommodating with every request.

Fast greens. A few dog legs. Nice combination of short and Long par 3s. Not much for elevation. Sweet practice facility. And a nice clubhouse. Bermuda grass.
