a week agoWhen you first walk inside the building it looks great. Unfortunately our room was nothing like it. It was in desperate need of repairs but instead it was patched up. Mold on the edge of the bed siding as well. Fridge consistently leaked on the floor. Maybe it was because of the humidity or the fact they have the fridge close to the outside window. Not sure. The baby crib we were promised (not being extra, we were promised when we called a week prior) was not available. Instead we received a pack and play that was filthy and not cleaned. Had to go to Target at 9PM to buy one. Management needs to pay more attention to these things. This hotel has could be great but it definitely looks like its sliding towards bad times.

a month agoGreat hotel. Location is great if you need to be near airport or will be heading out to Conway for the university or work. The staff here from the GM to the food and beverage staff is excellent. Teresa, the bartender was helpful each night in choosing a great entree for dinner and selecting a local beer to accompany it with. Rooms on the back side have a wonderful view of the intracoastal waterway and seemed to be deep cleaned prior to my stay as the room was immaculate. Hotel is also close to many food, shopping, and an outlet mall.

a week agoThe bartenders Teresa and Lauryn were amazing, my drinks were spectacular and I would come back just for them! They made my night after a bad day. They were so friendly and inviting. I will tell all of my colleagues when in Myrtle Beach to stay at the Four Points by Sheraton.

a week agoThe room could have been better but overall I had a good stay. Had a nice time at the bar, the bartenders were very nice and enjoyed talking with other guests. I’d stay here again

a week agoStopped at the bar for some drinks Teresa and Lauryn treated like was at home . They were great. I had so much fun. I will come back to this hotel just for them
