3 weeks agoThis is one of the best hotels in Chapel Hill. It is located in the heart of Chapel Hill. The entrance lobby is good and plenty of free parking on the premises of the hotel. Being a platinum member I was able to get access to the lounge. The lounge is good but not much of food options . The free breakfast in lounge is good but limited options from vegetarian stand-point. They didn’t have oat-meal. The rooms are good and clean and very modern. However, I felt the room was small for just a king bed. The biggest plus point is a good gym at this hotel. The staff is very friendly and greeting every time. Requested a free upgrade being a platinum member and they couldn’t offer me one.

a month agoThis hotel was very accommodating. We had to do two different reservations due to the conference we attended and we got to keep the same room. The staff was so nice and helpful. Let me tell you about our bartender Darrick. He was friendly, sassy, and made some damn good drinks. If I lived here, I would want to be around him all the time. We had the best time hanging out w him at the bar. 10/10

2 months agoWe recently stayed at the Sheraton Europa Dr with out of town guests for my daughter's wedding in Chapel Hill. We could not have been happier here. Charisma was super helpful and was there for us with anything we needed. Easy to work with. As well as Clinton and Alexander at the front desk. The property is lovely and has a great vibe for gathering. We definitely recommend!

2 months agoThe absolute worst hotel I’ve ever experienced in my life. No microwave anywhere in the rooms or building. We had to switch rooms constantly because of no hot water. Security was recording us on the balcony. We wasn’t loud or doing anything other than standing on it enjoying the view. Told management these things and she could care less. Our fire stick got stolen from housekeeping. I’ll never stay at this place ever again!! However I will give a huge shoutout to Clinton who works front desk. He has superb, flawless and unmatched customer service!! Everyone else there has a nasty attitude.

5 months agoThe facility was great: updated and clean, however that's where this ends. I checked in on the app that was sent to me and added my requested services for the two nights. When I checked in at the front desk on arrival, I felt that it was a burden that I was there to check in, she was not friendly. I requested extra towels, and housekeeping. Neither service was provided. So, I don't think the app worked and no one services it, so I'm not sure why this application was used. When we checked out on Wednesday, after getting home I realized we left items in the closet. I called the front desk the same night and was told to call the next day to speak to the housekeeping manager. I called the next morning and was told that the housekeeping manager won't be in until Monday. I asked the "manager" on the phone to assist me, she told me she would check on it and call me back by 3:00pm before she leaves, no phone call. I called back on Friday, spoke to another "manager" and she took my information down and assured me she would call me back by 5:00 pm, before she left for the day, and it is now Saturday and still none of the "managers" managed to call me back about my items left a the hotel. Guest service is the worst I have ever experienced at Sheraton at Chapel Hill. I highly recommend retraining to achieve better service.
