a month ago*4/5 stars* Food quality is good with fresh flavors across the board. Menu has great variety for both veg and non-veg, plus different spice levels for everyone. Vegetarian platter and goat curry were delicious — both stood out. Atmosphere and setting are nice, but it gets a bit too dark at night so reading the menu is a struggle. Service was good, staff attentive and prompt.

2 months agoThe food and ambiance was perfect. Authentic Indian cuisine at its best. Well seasoned and food was hot. Food was not overly spicy but you could taste the rich spices.

3 months agoThere were so many Indian restaurants but we chose blue taj due to the reviews. This is why it is so important to leave good as well and not so good. We passed 4 Indian restaurants to get to blue taj The Indian food here was absolutely outstanding! We ordered the butter chicken, palak paneer, and garlic naan, and every dish was perfectly seasoned with just the right level of spice. The levels of spicy was just right with the request and temp was so good! Hot all the way through! The butter chicken was rich, creamy, and incredibly flavorful. The palak paneer was smooth and delicious, with perfectly cooked paneer and well-balanced spices. The rice was cooked perfectly — light, fluffy, and the perfect complement to the dishes. The garlic naan was incredibly flavorful, soft, and fresh, with just the right amount of garlic. On top of the amazing food, the owner was very kind and welcoming, which made the experience even better. You can tell they really care about both the quality of the food and their customers. Highly recommend this spot if you're looking for authentic, delicious Indian cuisine!

2 months agoBest Indian Restaurants bar none. Great food. Appetizer Coastal spiced Prawns Side salad had a mango vinaigrette dressing. Vin D' Ahlo (5starspice) with Lamb. Great. Garlic N'aan the best. Andrew the Bar Tender took pride in handcrafted cocktails. Also they do a very very good job accommodating allergies. (Egg, Dairy, Soy, Gluten).

4 months agoThis is the best Indian restaurant ever. We love it! We have been going here for years and it’s so good and so consistent. The lamb korma, amtasari chicken, garlic naan, and samosas are some of our favorite things. Andrew is the best server!
