Raj Jewels – Leading Retailer of 22K Gold & Diamond Jewelry

I had a terrible experience with this store. Before I start to store, I called and explained that it was a 3-hour one-way drive for me, and I would be arriving close to closing time. I asked if it was okay to come at that time, and I also mentioned that we were interested in buying rings. They assured me it was fine. However, once I arrived and started speaking with the sales representative, she began showing us rings, but then they started packing everything, including the rings she was showing me, right in front of me. I reminded them that I had called in advance, and they had said it would be fine. After driving 3 hours, I arrived, only to find them packing up 30 minutes before closing time. I noticed an Indian man in a suit standing nearby, watching us, and I told him that I had called ahead, but he didn't respond—he just stood there, looking stiff and unapproachable, I am not sure what he is trying to convey. If they didn't want us to visit the store, they should have told me during the call. It was a complete waste of my time, as I ended up driving 6 hours for nothing.

We were visiting from Florida. Went to Raj jewelry shop just for browsing and end up buying couple of things Large variety of gold and diamond jewelry. Staff also extremely friendly, courteous and knowledgeable. Will definitely visit again !!

I love this jewelers! Anupama was very helpful in assisting us with buying our gold earrings and necklaces. She even helped my daughter try on multiple earrings! Last time here she helped my daughter find a nose piercing that she loved. Overall beautiful and lovely place with very helpful customer representatives and wonderful selection of jewelry.

Went to get my mom her birthday gift and the staff were very friendly and cooperative. We worked with Anupama and she gave us a good discount for the holidays and my mom’s birthday, loved working with her! Raj Jewels also has unique collection for lighter (sets that can be worn for various occasions whether big or small occasions).

It was our first time. We love the products a lot but most importantly we love all the people at the store. They helped us to choose the right products and they were really friendly and patient. We sure will come back. Wonderful place. I highly recommend it. Thanks.
