a month agoI stay here once a month for work, and the service is consistently excellent. The front desk staff is always welcoming and helpful, making check-in seamless. My experience visiting the restaurant, especially during breakfast, has been great so far. Jenny and Bonnie are absolute gems! They greet everyone with a warm smile, provide attentive service, and go out of their way to make guests feel valued. Their kindness and professionalism really stands out. I appreciate the entire team and always look forward to my next stay!

2 months agoIt was my first time staying in the Autograph Collection, and it was amazing. The decor was beautiful throughout the hotel, and customer service was excellent from the minute we walked in. We had a long drive, so we chose to eat at the hotel restaurant and the food was very delicious. If you like to have a drink to wind down after a long day, the bar offers several different beers on tap. Good wine selection and options for mixed drinks. We had the two queen bedroom that was spacious along with a comfy couch piece in front of the long window. Perfect for reading a book, enjoying the view, or just resting if needed. The TV for the room size wouldn't be for someone who plans on watching TV and relaxing. I was there for a doctor's appointment, so I didn't get to relax as much as I would normally, so it didn't bother me enough to change my rating or review. The beds were nice and comfy with crisp bed linings. The bathroom had a large glass shower with a place to sit or put toiletries. The perfect amount of water pressure and hot water for an extended shower after a long day. I highly recommend this hotel and would stay there again if in town without hesitation. Attached are pictures of our room!!

2 months agoI recently enjoyed a quick weekend getaway here, and it was exactly what I needed. The atmosphere was peaceful and inviting, making it the perfect escape. The female bartender was amazing—her drinks were top-notch, and her positive energy made the experience even better. The rooms were absolutely immaculate, adding to the overall comfort and relaxation. I highly recommend this place for anyone looking for a relaxing and enjoyable stay!

2 months agoFirst off the good: The property is absolutely stunning: in the lobby, the restaurant and even the rooms. Its amazing that a place like this exists in the middle of Raleigh. Now for the bad: Given the beauty of the property, as well the cost, I expected quite a bit more from the actual comfort level and attention to detail. For example: -The beds and pillows were some of the most uncomfortable I have experienced in recent memory. We had terribly restless sleeps both nights. Exceptionally firm. -Service: We had and saw other guests have several issues with housekeeping not stocking the rooms correctly. -Service: Had multiple issues where service kept entering our room while we were still in it (and showering). Even after putting up the 'privacy' placard, they still entered until we locked the door. -Restaurant: While we thought the food quality was very good, we basically got abandoned by our server and had to get other help. It may have been they were understaffed and overwhelmed this particular night. -No tea or hot water service provided at the coffee bar I will likely give them another chance in the future as there is so much potential at this property, but we left a bit disappointed.

2 months agoIt was late and I tried to check in at the front desk but nobody was there. After trying to find someone after a while, I went to the bar - bartender was AMAZING. Eventually someone showed up at the front desk. I went up to my rooms and I could just smell it had not been properly cleaned. There were weird spots in the shower and when I went to pull back the top sheet there was visible hair and dirt in the bed, clearly had not been changed. I called down and they changed my room but after a long day the last thing I wanted to do was pack all my stuff back up and move to another room.
