I initially approached her after reading some reviews about how well she understands Indian skin/hair patterns, which was a critical concern for me - I was so happy to see that this feedback was 100% true about her. She’s knowledgeable, patient and suggests next course of actions based on what’s best for you. She’s very cautious about safety and I really trust her. 5 months agoExperience was 5 stars! Dipna is so knowledgeable and the lasers are so much better from 10 years ago. No numbing cream needed and it’s a fast appointment. I highly recommend her to anyone looking for laser treatment. She’s very professional and I wish I would have gone to her 10 years ago rather than going to a “Med Spa” where I never had the same technician.
