2 weeks agoOverall, my stay was positive and the location is convenient. However, there are a few areas that could be improved. The pillows provided are quite small, and standard-sized pillows would offer greater comfort. At present, the lobby is under construction, which creates noticeable noise during the day. The on-site restaurant and bar are limited in food options, though the bar itself is a pleasant space. Breakfast is serviceable but basic, with standard selections typical of many hotels. Upgrading to a balcony view did not add much value, as there was little to see from the room. In summary, the experience was good overall, but enhancements in dining, amenities, and room comfort would significantly improve the guest experience.

a week agoWe recently stayed at the Embassy Suites by Hilton Charlotte Concord Golf Resort & Spa to celebrate our one-year anniversary, and while the experience began with a few hiccups, it turned into a truly memorable and wonderful getaway, all thanks to Zoe and Aniyah at the front desk. When we arrived, we were surprised to discover that the resort was undergoing renovations—something that had not been disclosed on the Hilton website or app. The first day was rough, with construction noise and dust disrupting what was supposed to be a relaxing start to our vacation. We were disappointed and unsure how the rest of our stay would go. But then—Zoe and Aniyah stepped in. These two exceptional young professionals went above and beyond to ensure our anniversary was not only salvaged but truly celebrated. Their kindness, empathy, and professionalism turned our experience around completely. They took the time to listen, offered thoughtful solutions, and treated us with the kind of hospitality that you hope for at a top-tier resort. Thanks to Zoe and Aniyah, the rest of our stay was peaceful, joyful, and exactly what we had hoped for. Their efforts did not go unnoticed, and we are deeply grateful for the way they handled our concerns with grace and care. Hilton is lucky to have them. If you're visiting this resort, know that you're in great hands with Zoe and Aniyah. Thank you both so much for saving our anniversary and making it one to remember!

2 weeks agoMy stay this weekend for my daughter's birthday was great. The staff was very accommodating although the breakfast was not the best. It was wonderful to have free breakfast rooms need upgrading, however again because the hospitality of the staff was so amazing I was able to overlook some of the outdated features of the room no major problems except for they charge you in your accidental fee for parking which is really crazy. I've never heard of that before. I was also informed that there are many homeless people that sleep in the freezer of the hotel, which is very dangerous so I would definitely keep your children close to you as you stay at this nice hotel againthe hospitality and staff were over the top. The rooms can use a lot of upgrades for the price.

a month agoMy girlfriend and I wanted to do a spa weekend getaway, really enjoying our stay we have a suite and it has so much space! My only suggestion would be that it’s time to update the Decor… it’s a definitely outdated. In the morning, we indulged in a lavish breakfast spread. Unfortunately, the spa was booked solid so I suggest that you make your appointment before you arrive. We plan to unwind in the pool and savor every moment of our perfect escape. Zoe at the front desk is just amazing. She is patient, very kind and witty, She’s a great employee. You’re so fortunate to have her! Keep up the great work!

a month agoThe rooms are very spacious. The bed was a little uncomfortable. It looks like there was a water leak in the wall on the other side of the shower. The room overall is big. There is a parking lot, overnight self parking fee of $8.00. You are required to have a parking permit in your dashboard, see the hotel desk when checking in. There is a restaurant on premises, with a Spa, and coffee shop; hours do vary so, check out their hours. The hotel staff are very friendly and helpful. I felt very safe here. I will definitely stay here again.
