Room was a 4, the new renovated rooms are millennial grey and lack the nostalgia that the red/gold and wood tones brought to the Embassy. I always felt like this place gave "Titanic" vibes if you know what I mean, and Im sad to see it go. I booked a room for 5 nights and 4 days, ours was in the newly renovated floors. I booked 2 one night stays for my family to meet us for the NYE 2026. Both of their rooms were in the not newly renovated floors. They had no complaints, they enjoyed their rooms very much. Breakfasts are very good, and there is something for everyone. Chef Jeff (Davis) was very personable and great at his job! New years eve we had dinner at the Rocky River Grill, we went all out and had a fantastic meal! The pool is small, but sufficient. I love that it opens at 6 and closes at 11. It really helps to have those extended hours, since we go out of way to book Hilton stays with indoor pools. Always can find time to get in a swim. Service and every other aspect of our stay was a solid 5 stars. We also visited the aquairium, concord mills mall, and the Charlotte motor speedway Christmas lights. If you are going in the colder months or especially around Xmas or NYE these are all great family fun activities that were worth the money spent.

I loved our stay...our room was clean like new. The staff was very nice and it is in a great location. I also loved the morning breakfast. The only issue that we had is that you have to make sure that your room door is closed when leave or come in. It didn't close all the way by itself.

What a spectacular experience at the Concord Convention Center and Embassy Suites by Hilton Concord! I recently attended the Atlantic Coast Electric Supply Circle of Distinction Awards Ceremony and the G.R.I.D. Trade Show hosted by Atlantic Coast Electric Supply, and from start to finish, the event was exceptional. The Convention Center is fabulous. Fresh from renovations, you can literally catch that soft hint of new carpet and fresh paint in the air. The updated conference spaces are modern, spacious, and perfectly suited for a large-scale event like this one. Everything felt open, well-designed, and comfortable. A special nod to the large garage door access for vendors. Load-in and setup looked seamless and efficient, which makes a huge difference for trade show exhibitors. And the food? Spectacular. Truly. The service team was polished and attentive, and all of the buffets and meals exceeded expectations. Who knew steak from a hotel prepared buffet line could be that tender and delicious? It was impressive. The Embassy Suites is currently completing room renovations, and the updated guest rooms are beautiful. The lobby area is comfortable, welcoming, and very well appointed, making it a perfect place to gather between sessions. Even with renovations still underway, everything felt organized and thoughtfully managed. Note: there were some hiccups—daytime construction noise, loose elevator panels, limited services in some areas, and less-than-normal parking—but I am sure you are renovating to improve the facility and the overall experience for your cherished guests. I am already looking forward to returning next year once the pool and final room updates are complete. Thank you for providing such a lovely venue, and thank you to ACES for hosting such a wonderful and prestigious event. It was a memorable experience all around!

2nd time visiting Embassy in the past year. Wasn't sure of I'd return after the first time but glad I did. They are currently renovating but was able to stay in a newer room which was so much better than the old one that looked dated and smelled. Also, the lobby looks really nice. It was a little noisy bc of construction. Staff are always nice though. Miss the hot tub from years ago but otherwise, i enjoyed this stay much better. The location is great. Several restaurants, mall and grocery stores are within a mile or two. The breakfast is the best! And nighttime reception is pretty ok. I plan to return and can't wait to see the fully renovated hotel.

They are doing a really loud construction and it sounds like you’re getting a root canal in your room. Stay away! Definitely don’t stay here if you want some peace and quiet. Here’s how loud it is in our room even after they moved us, which was worse. Also, the indoor pool is not heated and very cold. They have the AC on heat, but the water is very VERY cold. We stayed at a wonderful Marriott close by which had a very warm and heated pool. This is definitely not heated although they state it is.
