Embassy Suites by Hilton Charlotte Concord Golf Resort & Spa

So here's the good and the bad. Good: Customer service, ambiance, environment. Beautiful fountain, very cool glass elevators, and wonderful location for shopping and eating. Room service is available, breakfast is served daily, and the housekeeping cleaned up the room each time we were out. All the electronics functioned properly and the extra linens were stocked well. There were no issues finding good parking. Bad: Dated rooms, worn out furniture, but worst of all the bathroom. The shower had brown tinged soap scum all over the bottom basin, the water pressure was low, and neighboring room showers were heard through the walls. I felt the bathroom had been neglected prior to our arrival.

I just wanted to mention the service that I received from certain staff, Kevin vacation excursion Man, he assisted me were trying to get my luggage cart up to the room I am handicapped and it meant so much and he is not a bellhop. He also gave me and my wife And our friends, several places that we could eat he also mentioned that the restaurant in the hotel was good and it definitely Is They were several things that the hotel did not do, but he tried his best to help us, even though that was not his job. But later in the night, there was a gentleman by the name of Dale who assisted us with many things that we thought we had in the room. We waited hours and nothing but at 11:45 he did all that he could to make us want to come back to the charlotte embassy. These two gentlemen made us feel as if we were in the 5 star hotel. All in our party were so appreciative of these two men. They represented the hotel with the most outstanding customer service

We had a great stay at this hotel. The staff was very friendly and helpful from the moment we checked in. Our room was so spacious and the beds were comfortable. The living room furniture is probably due to be replaced, but it was comfortable and I really enjoyed having a separate space from the bedroom. I took one star off for the "rooms" because when I went to shower, there were hairs on the wall that were obviously from a previous guest. It's just not something you really want to see but I can also understand how they might have been missed. I was a little worried that the room would be noisy with the atrium-style hotel, but we didn't hear a thing in the room. The included breakfast is fantastic. There's really something for everyone there. We had dinner at the Rocky River Grille and the food there was good as well. I was glad that we didn't have to drive around for a restaurant after driving all day. It would be nice if they updated their menu online, but we were all able to find something we liked.

My family and I stayed one night for a nearby event. We had a truly wonderful experience especially due to the customer service shown by Kevin Anthony. It’s rare to come across someone so dedicated to ensuring guests feel welcomed and valued. His exceptional service set the tone for my entire stay and left a lasting impression. Thank you, Hilton, for hiring such outstanding individuals. Because of this experience, I’ll absolutely be returning—and recommending your hotel to others without hesitation.

This hotel is phenomenal!! Best one I’ve stayed in ever. The room was gorgeous! Riding up and down the elevators and being able to look out at the area where breakfast was served was nice. The breakfast was amazing! I’ve never been a person that wanted to spend a lot of money on a room but once you go through life with things that you never expected would ever happen to you and see how short life really can be, I said to myself you only live once. I have no regrets whatsoever. Embassy Suites, thank you for this wonderful experience. I would choose this hotel every time I go on vacation if I “could”. As far as I’m concerned, in my head there is no other hotel that exists. Smiling!
