I've been going to a yearly anime convention at this hotel for nearly a decade, and this is the first year I've been disappointed with this hotel as the location. Every convention up until this point, we've had food trucks out front to allow for con goers to enjoy different foods, some with more affordable options than the hotel provides. Plenty of attendees would still buy food and alcohol in the hotel. This year, the hotel was recently renovated(this typically means the hotel has new owners), and they told the con staff that the con could not have food trucks. It may not seem like a big deal to some, but the hotel food was particularly bad and overpriced compared to previous years on top of that. This is pure greed on the part of the hotel, and it's unfair to both the con goers who didn't pack food and the food trucks who expected to have the revenue from the con for the weekend. I hope Ichibancon either looks into a new venue or is able to bring back the food trucks next year.

I loved our stay...our room was clean like new. The staff was very nice and it is in a great location. I also loved the morning breakfast. The only issue that we had is that you have to make sure that your room door is closed when leave or come in. It didn't close all the way by itself.

My husband and I decided to stay at this Embassy Suites for one night as a quick getaway, and unfortunately, the entire experience was unsettling and disappointing from start to finish. Upon arriving early, we approached the front desk and were greeted with “what’s up” instead of a professional welcome. This immediately set the tone and felt very unprofessional for a hotel of this brand. Later that evening, when we returned to the desk for assistance, another front desk employee was watching a video on her phone and barely acknowledged us. She did not put the phone down or provide attentive service. We were informed that we were supposed to receive two waters and snacks. Instead of checking availability or assisting us properly, we were told to “just grab whatever snacks are over there” without any confirmation or follow-up. There was no care, no accountability, and no professionalism shown. The most alarming issue occurred the following morning around 9:00 AM when a housekeeper walked into our room despite the Do Not Disturb sign being displayed and our checkout time not being until 2:00 PM. This was extremely concerning and made us feel unsafe and uncomfortable. Overall, the lack of management oversight is very apparent. Staff training, professionalism, and guest safety are severely lacking. The leadership at this property needs serious review, as the experience reflects poor management and a complete lack of quality control. I will not return to this hotel, nor would I recommend it to anyone. This stay was far below expectations and not representative of what guests should experience at an Embassy Suites.

2nd time visiting Embassy in the past year. Wasn't sure of I'd return after the first time but glad I did. They are currently renovating but was able to stay in a newer room which was so much better than the old one that looked dated and smelled. Also, the lobby looks really nice. It was a little noisy bc of construction. Staff are always nice though. Miss the hot tub from years ago but otherwise, i enjoyed this stay much better. The location is great. Several restaurants, mall and grocery stores are within a mile or two. The breakfast is the best! And nighttime reception is pretty ok. I plan to return and can't wait to see the fully renovated hotel.

The woman at the front desk literally saved our trip. We had booked an Airbandb but upon arrival we had to leave as no one had cleaned after a huge house party, place was literally trashed. With the dirt nationals in town, the reason for our stay, we had very little options for availability. We called Hilton to book a room but unfortunately booked it at the wrong hotel, one that was an hout away. The woman working your front desk went above and beyond to help us. She not only got us a room that worked for us, 4 hoomans and 2 pups, she and her coworkers called over and over again trying to get our reservation at the other hotel canceled and money back since it was a booking error on their end. I can't express how much pressure and stress this woman removed from my shoulders. She was an angel in a moment of madness. 10/10 will be staying here every year for this trip. No more Airbandb disasters!! I wish I could remember her name to give her the shout out she deserves! She is amazing and I hope she keeps spreading sunshine!
