Carolina Trace Country Club

We had one of the most memorable golf experiences ever on the Creek Course today. From checking in all the way to the cart return was a great interaction. This course is absolutely beautiful with many elevated tee boxes and incredible scenery. The fairways were plush, tee boxes were in great shape and the greens were flawless! We played as a twosome and completed our round in just over 3 hours; it was almost as if we had the course to ourselves! Can't wait to get back to experience the Lakes Course.

Visited this fantastic facility today and played the Lakes course. Fantatsic shape and greens were plush! The management and staff were extremely approachable and great to work with . Jeffrey Taylor was especially helpful and very pleasant to interact with! If you haven’t visited this Club, then you’re missing out on a wonderful experience! Can’t wait to come back in my next visit to the east coast. This will definitely be one of my stops and play the Creek course! Great job to the staff and course maintenance team!

Not a bad layout, kind of narrow so you better hit it straight. Greens are on the small side but rolled consistent. The biggest complaint is the cost, I got a deal and only paid $95 but still felt it was too expensive. There are plenty of comparable courses within a reasonable driving distance that are much, much better value. If it was priced at $75/round I would consider playing again, but $125/round is absurd.

Had a group there 3 weeks ago. Extremely poor customer service in pro shop. One of my guys got there early and was given a cart by an employee. The guy in the pro shop chewed my guy out for "taking a cart". Pro shop wouldn't give cart keys out until group leader showed up. I asked for a rain check for my one guy who broke his wrist and couldn't play. Pro shop said I had to go thru my package rep to get it, even though 3 other courses that week gave him a slip for a rain check. Also gave me a hard time because I asked for Closest to the pin markers. He said I should have called ahead, again no other courses in the 6 yrs we've been coming have requested that. We were playing the Lake course and he didn't tell us how to get there, until I asked. If they want repeat customers, they need to treat public players a lot better. If they only want their members there, then don't open course to the public. If considering moving there, their customer service would be a big negative for joining their community. The Lake course is interesting layout, unfortunately very soft from heavy rain the week before.The course conditions wouldn't keep us from coming back but customer service would. My package rep said they've had numerous complaints also.

This is one of the best venues. We did our wedding ceremony and reception here. Kate and her staff were really accommodating and made my day perfect! This is perfect location for outdoor and indoor wedding.
