a month agoWe had our wedding at Ballantyne Country Club, and it was an absolute dream come true! Our guests couldn’t stop raving about how stunning the venue was and how delicious the food tasted—it truly exceeded all expectations. The event staff were incredibly professional, attentive, and friendly throughout the entire day. They made sure every detail was perfect and that our guests felt well taken care of. A special shoutout goes to Anano—she is simply the BEST! Her experience in event planning shines through in every interaction. She’s highly organized, detail-oriented, and has an incredible ability to anticipate your needs before you even realize them. We included her as our day-of coordinator in our package, and it was by far one of the best decisions we made. Thanks to Anano, we were able to relax and fully enjoy our wedding day without worrying about timing or logistics—she had everything running smoothly from start to finish. If you’re considering Ballantyne Country Club for your wedding, do it! And definitely ask for Anano—you’ll be so glad you did.

2 weeks agoWe had our daughter's beautiful wedding at Ballantyne Country Club in May. The club is a wonderful place to have the entire wedding day activities in one place. The transition from one event to another was made easy from hair & makeup for 13, lunch, photos, videos, to the flow from the ceremony, cocktail hour on veranda and 4 hour reception inside. The staff was very attentive and friendly from the beginning of the day to the end of the day. Chef Anthony and his staff did an outstanding job with the food and we would highly recommend an active food station during the cocktail hour. The event lawn is a beautiful place to have the ceremony with a lovely entrance from the veranda. Just a wonderful day to always be remembered by our families and friends. Highly recommend Ballantyne Country Club and Matt Saggio's wonderful staff.

11 months agoWe went for a wedding recently and it was pretty awesome. The food was good. The staff was a little stressed at first but tried extremely hard to keep us all happy and things running smoothly. The wedding planner Lindsay was awesome. 👏 By the end of the night, the staff were relaxed and having a good time with the rest of us. The property is beautiful, and the amenities were classy and on point. Really enjoyed it. My only complaint was that the wedding seemed to end a bit abruptly. It would have been nice to have an extra hour of food and one more for dance at the end of the night. I was told that may have to do with state law, having to close early but not sure if that is factual or not. Perhaps consider starting the wedding a few hours earlier if that is the case just to make sure the bride and groom get their money's worth. Overall, though, it was a truly memorable and wonderful experience. A+

3 months agoMy husband and I had our wedding here on 6/14 and it was the best decision we made. The venue is amazing and beautiful. I can’t say enough good things about Anano. She made sure our wedding was perfect. The food was AMAZING. We get told almost everyday by our guests our wedding was the best wedding they have ever been too. The staff were so friendly and nice. They went above and beyond for us. Thank you AGAIN to Anano and the BCC staff for making our wedding a day we will never forget!

5 months agoI would reconsider if you’re thinking about being a sponsor for an event here. The entire experience dealing with their event planning team was a nightmare, and they will nickel and dime you. We were a hole sponsor, and if you want to bring your own water/soda/chips, there’s a $250 “corkage” fee… FOR SODA. We ended up having to go through the venue to purchase hard seltzer and beer for the event, and the seltzer they provided us expired in 2021/2022 based on the manufacturing date on the can. While trying to get a refund for the expired product the event manager tried to gaslight me saying that they weren’t expired, and then asked me to fill out a W9 and provide my social security number through an unsecured pdf file in order to receive the refund. Sponsor beware - if the event you’re going to is hosted here, consider sponsoring a different event.
