MacGregor Downs is filled with charm and grace, setting us apart from other local venues. Our facility can host up to 250 guests in both our indoor and outdoor locations. Whether you are looking to host a small, intimate family gathering or a large fundraiser, we have rooms and menus to fit your need. Guests can choose from one of our many menu selections, from hors d’oeurvres to plated meals or work with our team to create a custom menu perfect for their event.
For weddings, your gorgeous indoor ceremony may be held in our Main Dining Room with the grand fireplace as the backdrop. In addition, our Lakeside Room has a gorgeous view of the sparkling lake for guests to enjoy during cocktail hour. From there, guests can make their way to our tented Garden Terrace, lit with stunning chandeliers where they will eat, drink, and dance the night away.
The Club has all-inclusive wedding packages that include catering, bar services, chairs, tables, linens, dinnerware, utensils, and décor options to help make your planning process effortless. In addition, we offer day-of coordination to make sure everything during your special day goes flawlessly.

4 weeks agoI had my engagement party at the Lakeside room in Macgregor Downs Country Club, and every who I worked with was wonderful. We had an event of 120 people, and everything went so smoothly from the setup, food, service, and pre-event planning. The food was delicious, and they even offered complimentary centerpieces, linens, and an appetizer for my guests that was comped. I worked with David and Jesse, and both were so easy to communicate with. Would absolutely recommend this venue for your events, and would absolutely book here again!

3 months agoWe had an event there for work, and we had a wonderful experience!! We have a large group (100+) and was a great fit for us. Everything from the easy of booking and organizing with Cheyenne to the day of with Lydia and the staff setting up/keeping up with food and tables, and the food itself. The Lakeview room had a beautiful view, and it was perfect for our meeting. We look forward to going back!

We just want to extend a huge thank you to Cheyenne Tatro & the MacGregor Downs team for facilitating every single detail to make our day special. Thank you for making our reception amazing! There were so many things to be figured out, logistics - everyone had so much fun and you helped us make such wonderful memories. You set stuff up for us as if you read my mind, which helped so much on the day of. I don’t know how to express how meaningful this was for us. Our hearts are so warm thinking about all you did to make our day special - thank you!!!

3 years agoThis was my first wedding at MacGregor Downs County Club and it was such a great time! I think the photos turned out great. Even though it was a rainy, cold day, there was still enough space and lighting to get some gorgeous photos. All the vendors were well taken care of and fed dinner! Overall, such an amazing place to get married.
