Grandover Resort and Spa

Stayed last month for a golf tournament with the boyfriend. The location and rooms were very nice. Clean and no issues. The service however was absolutely amazing. Every single staff member I encountered was super nice and cheerful. I chatted with several different employees during my stay. Everyone always took the time to make me feel welcome and at home. I was recovering from an injury and had to use a knee scooter to get around so I was pretty limited as to where I could go and was mostly inside the resort. We had a wonderful stay and would highly recommend to anyone!

The resort is very nice. Loved the pool and spa. The ceiling in the pool area is being renovated but caused no issues for us. The game room and fire pit areas were a nice place to relax and they even had a talented guitarist playing. Really enjoyed him. The suggestions the concierge gave for dinner were absolutely the best! Southern Roots and The Full Moon Oyster Bar are not to be missed. Greensboro and Jamestown are beautiful with such friendly people.

The staff was wonderful all around! Front desk was helpful with check in, and my room was in great shape. My organization hosted our event there and we were very pleased with food, rooms, everything. Noreen remains amazing! Tony and John were also very helpful in making sure everything went off just right. :)

This place is an amazing. The hospitality is top notch. We pulled up to the resort, the valet service was very welcoming and knowledgeable. The check in was so smooth and accommodating. The room and the view was breathtaking. We spent time at the bar. Drinks are great. The live entertainment was so southern and welcoming. So we had to participate. The room service supervisor Mrs Kathryn made sure our food was served with the highest quality ingredients. The presentation of all our meals was so speechless. Once again, Yall must visit this resort and stop and see Mrs Kathryn and allow her and her staff to service you. Believe me you won’t regret it. I, Mr. Will, will be back.

A superb experience from start to finish. From check-in, to the spa, to the golf staff, to our elegant room but most of all the food. Finial is beyond compare..the quality, the variety, the local sourcing of ingredients are 5 star and the service us beyond compare. Just finished breakfast in our room and the food and service were excellent. The Grandover is Grand!
