I tried the thali at Nazara Indian Restaurant and it was really good. The flavors were authentic, well-balanced, and each dish felt thoughtfully prepared. Portion sizes were satisfying, and the variety in the thali made it a great way to sample different items. Overall, a solid spot for Indian food in Cary—definitely worth a visit.

Another case where I feel bad for possibly overstaying my welcome bc convo went too long 🥲 But Shivani was so attentive and other staff came by to clear our plates when we were done eating. The Gobi Manchurian is not as good as my fave Nepalese place, but it’s also less fried and less quantity. The chipotle cheese naan was some of the best naan I’ve ever had. So fragrant and tasty! My friend ordered the chili shrimp (decent but not spicy) and what looked like the Indian version of chicken fajitas, and that was equally as tasty. All in all it was way more upscale than I expected and the portion sizes were variable. Great place to get a late dinner on a Friday night tho!!

The restaurant itself was clean and comfortable. The service was excellent all around. The star, though, was the food! We ordered a chaat appetizer which was delicious. The Chipotle cheese Naan was incredible. Highly recommend! I ordered the Malai Kofta which I also highly recommend and husband ordered a goat dish which was extremely tender and came with plenty of meat. All portions were large. The wine/alcohol list is massive. I have no complaints!

The food is decent. Follow up on service not so great and the water had hardly any ice on a hot day. Butter chicken I recommend there. They are pretty spicy their so make sure you tell them what level of spicy you want your dishes on a scale of 1-5

Nazari Indian Restaurant in Cary, NC, is a fantastic culinary gem that deserves a glowing review! From the moment you walk in, the **friendly staff** make you feel right at home, welcoming you with warm smiles and attentive service. The **ambiance** is inviting and cozy, striking the perfect balance between casual dining and a touch of elegance. One of the standout features of Nazari is how **clean** the restaurant is—everything from the dining area to the restrooms reflects a commitment to cleanliness that enhances the overall dining experience. Now, let’s talk about the food! The **goat curry** is a must-try; it's packed with rich flavors and perfectly cooked, while the **goat Malabari** is equally impressive, offering a delightful blend of spices that truly satisfies. Pairing these dishes with **garlic naan bread** elevates the meal even further, making for a comforting and fulfilling experience. The portion sizes are generous, ensuring you get great value for your money. Location-wise, Nazari is conveniently situated, making it easy to find. However, be aware that **parking can be limited** due to the proximity of the Asian grocery store and other businesses sharing the same lot. This is typical for a growing city like Cary, but it's worth the minor inconvenience for such a delightful meal. Overall, Nazari Indian Restaurant is a brilliant addition to the dining scene in Cary. With its great flavors, friendly service, and clean environment, it’s a place you’ll want to visit again and again. Highly recommend it to anyone craving delicious Indian cuisine!
