I hate to give this place as a whole a bad review because I have been coming here for 10 years, and not had this bad of an experience before. The lady that did my eyebrows today was not good at her job. I forgot to ask for her name. She said that she has been at the establishment for 4 years. I normally only go on weekends or Mondays, but I just went today around 11am. She asked me if I wanted a “clean up” and I said yes. This usually means they are not taking off too much hair, but instead she thinned out the ends of my eyebrows. I generally have thick eyebrows and if you look at the structure of my face and how my eyebrows are naturally shaped then it makes sense why they grow the way that they do. My eyebrows have a natural shape which should make the person threading them job easier. I also had not been in over a month and a half. The lady that did them today has never done mine before. She clearly likes thin eyebrows as her own eyebrows are thin and either tattooed or drawn on. When you do this type of work you can’t do people’s eyebrows in the way that you like them but actual what makes sense with the natural shape of the customers eyebrows or how the customer requests. I have had my eyebrows done here in ways that wasn’t my favorite, but this experience is by far the worst. What made it bad was that when I told her that she had thinned my eyebrows out she denied doing it and kept denying it. This is insulting since I know what my eyebrows look like because I look at them daily. Please don’t deny something this obvious just apologize and move on. I was not offered any discount or anything, she finally apologized after I told her I was dissatisfied with how my eyebrows looked. Since I have been threading for 20 years it will take a long time for my eyebrows to grow back in and this is the long term impact of someone who doesn’t know what they are doing. Instead of my eyebrows having their natural arch , she tried to create one on her own and now they are thick at the beginning and then a manufactured arch and then a sharp drop. This is something I can’t fix with a fill in pencil.

I don’t remember the lady who did my eyebrows but this was my first time coming here. I wanted to make sure I was in good hands because I didn’t want my eyebrows to be overthreaded. Prices are extremely fair and I was very pleased with my service. One of the best rated threading for a reason! This was also the quickest job I’ve ever had done in almost 10 years. I just walked in, sat in a chair and left with great brows again— no fluff.

I came in for brow and lip threading and was helped right away—no wait at all! Keishna did a great job shaping my brows and made the whole experience quick and comfortable. Definitely recommend her if you’re looking for great results and friendly service

Very weird and disappointing experience. I walked into Chandi’s Eyebrow Threading and was completely ignored, no greeting, no acknowledgment. When I politely asked if I could access the WiFi while I waited, the owner bluntly said, “I don’t know the password.” There were clearly two networks listed, and somehow she didn’t know the password to either? Sure, Jan. Offering WiFi to customers is a basic courtesy, especially when there’s a wait involved. When it was finally my turn, I asked for a small mirror so I could show her exactly how I wanted my brows shaped. THIS IS THE FIRST AND ONLY EYEBROW SALON THAT I’VE BEEN TO THAT DIDNT HAVE A SMALL HAND HELD MIRROR LOL! Nonetheless, she flat-out refused and said, “No, I’m not gonna do that. I’m just gonna clean up the bottom line.” Mind you, my brows were bordering on a unibrow. This was not the time for minimal effort. The entire time she bragged about doing Miss Teen USA’s eyebrows but didn’t extend even a fraction of that attention or care to actual paying customers. I highly doubt Miss Teen USA paid for those services, more likely, her name and likeness was just used for clout and promo. All in all, a bizarre, unprofessional experience. I won’t be returning. Luckily, there are plenty of excellent and respectful Indian eyebrow threaders in the Raleigh-Durham area. Save yourself the frustration and avoid this place.

I absolutely love coming here to get my eyebrows threaded! Every time I'm in town, this is my go-to spot. The staff are always so friendly and accommodating to my style preferences. Even when there's a line, they move efficiently, you’re in and out quickly without feeling rushed. The space is always clean, comfortable, and welcoming. Highly recommend!
