Chandni’s Spa in Morrisville

I have been coming to this place for the past three years, and the service has never disappointed me. My wonderful lady Annie always makes sure I am comfortable with my eyebrows and facial hair. Threading is not an easy job, but Annie makes it look effortless. She remains professional while helping clients feel at ease, even when they feel insecure about their facial hair. Annie pays close attention to detail and welcomes her clients with open arms to ensure their needs are met. I truly could not have asked for a better place to go to!

I had called and asked if there would be someone available to tint my eyebrows and they said yes however when I got there, they told me that they would not be able to tint my eyebrows and to come back three hours later. I had told them that I would not be able to do that so I had to leave. I then called about 20 minutes later asking if I could make an appointment for the next day to get my eyebrows tinted and they told me they didn’t know if someone would be able to do that so I asked if they knew when someone would be able to do that today or tomorrow in which they proceeded to tell me no one would be available which was confusing since they had just told me to come back that day to get them tinted. Overall, extremely frustrating experience to be taking time out of my day based off of what they told me when I called them to drive 30 minutes and find out that they actually are not able to complete my service and cannot commit to a time in which they can do it.

Rarely have a wait and the threading is excellent. Extremely attentive to details.

This is my second review because I’ve been a loyal client of Chandni’s ever since I moved to Raleigh! I finally tried one of their top facial brands, the “Sundari Gotu Kola” facial, this past weekend — and it was incredible! My go-to esthetician, Annie, always does an amazing job. She’s professional, kind, and always makes sure my preferences come first. I’m also deeply grateful to Shilpa Aunty, the owner, whose dedication ensures the salon runs seamlessly and continues to offer top-notch services!

It's always scary to find a new brow place when you move. This is a FANTASTIC location. Clean and reasonably priced. I have gone at least 5 times and never had a bad exp. I have one brow that sits a bit higher than the other naturally and Anuradha did a great job of taking her time to make that less noticeable without me asking . Nice to have found a place where I am not scared of what I will walk out with.
