Gayatri Rambilli is the talented artist behind Artistic Henna LLC based in Apex, NC. She specializes in creating intricate and creative designs in Indian, Moroccan, African & Arabic forms. Gayatri was a chemical engineer, so she understands the harmful side effects of the hazardous chemicals such as parabens and para-phenylenediamine (PPD) used in commercially available henna cones, and strongly recommends the use of organic henna.
At Artistic Henna LLC, Gayatri carefully prepares henna paste with premium ingredients from the organic farms in India. She takes pride in the quality of her work, and firmly believes that natural henna gives out the true henna color desired. Henna brings fortune and joy to everyone celebrating any special occasions with henna on their hands and feet.

She was so easy to talk to, she is passionate about her art, and she made me and my guests you feel so comfortable. I gave an example of what I was looking for, and on the day of she had a beautiful vision in mind and brought it to life perfectly. I will definitely book her again for any future events. 5 months agoMy daughter and I visited Gayatri for a mother /daughter birthday bonding experience to get our first henna tattoos. Gayatri was amazing and her artistry is beautiful. I felt very welcomed and heard. We brought ideas and gave her creative artistic discretion and she was able to make them very personal. I highly and enthusiastically recommend her.

My wedding mehndi was exactly what I was looking for — floral, loose, with some fun flourishes (my chocolate lab's face!). My mom, sister, and friends absolutely LOVED their mehndi, too!

3 months agoVery prompt response at making an appointment with Gayatri for Henna and Jagua designs. She was very professional and had a clean space to make you feel comfortable while working her talented artistry on your skin. Great care directions were provided for each design type to ensure quality and making them last as long as possible. Highly would recommend her for any of your henna tattoo needs. These are all free hand drawn designs by Gayatri.

5 months agoGayatri was amazing! I contacted her months before the wedding and we went over proper henna care and over the designs I wanted. On my mehndi, she came to my home & got to work. She is so sweet to sit with. She did an amazing job on my arms/hands and feet. Everything was just what I asked for and more. It even lasted for over 2 weeks! I highly recommend Gayatri for your mehndi needs or artistic needs. She is so so talented! Not to mention, she did like 10-12 people at my home that day and then was at our venue the next day doing many many more people’s henna :) she’s awesome!
