About
Chaat is the food that makes up what we think of when we think of Indian street food or snack food, but to us, it’s the flavors we grew up on. It’s the flavors we enjoyed while we went to the nearby shopping centers with our friends. It’s the flavors we snacked on while doing our homework after school. It’s inviting, homey, and most importantly, delicious!
We want to provide you with that same experience. Taste the sweet and spicy, crunchy and tangy, and light and refreshing. With craveable and satisfying flavors of Indian classics, as well as our own unique twists and dishes, we are sure that you will find exactly what you are looking for to satisfy that chaat craving. Indulge in our expertly and mindfully cumulated menu to be transported to the curbside stands in India.
Birthdays, business lunches, parties and more! Deliveries require a 24 hours advanced notice, and setup fees will apply for weddings & large events. a month agoFood is pretty damn good, maybe great. Lots of flavor and layers of flavor. Food is expensive; approximately $26 per person with one dish and drink per person plus 18% gratuity (order at register). Menu is quite extensive. Dishes purchased are pictured and pointed-out on menu pictures.

5 months agoI absolutely adore the vibrant Indian ambiance here, complete with authentic dhaba-style decor. I am a big fan of their ragda pattice, bhatti ka murgh and flavorful chicken kathi roll. Recently, I indulged in the malpua rabri, which was incredibly fresh and utterly divine. As for the samosa chat, it didn't quite hit the mark for me.

7 months agoAbsolutely loved our dining experience at Chaat Mandi in Morrisville! This gem in the Triangle area serves up the most delicious and authentic chhole bhature we've ever had in the country—perfectly spiced, and the bhature are heavenly fluffy. The Maggi noodles here bring a wave of comfort, making it an ideal snack alongside a soothing cup of chai or a refreshing mango lassi. Don’t miss out on their sev puri either; it's crispy, tangy, and impeccably balanced. Gaurav, our server has seen us here multiple times over the past few weeks and always greets us with a kind smile on his face, and remembers our orders. A visit to Chaat Mandi is a must for anyone craving a taste of true Indian street food. Every bite here is a delightful journey through flavors that keeps you coming back for more!

7 months agoWe visited for chaat but also ended up ordering Bhatti Ka Murgh in addition to Chicken Kathi Roll and Anarkali Papdi Chaat. While the chaat was fairly disappointing in that it was drenched in dahi whose taste overpowered all the other flavors, the Kathi Roll and the Bhatti Ka Murgh were lip-smacking good. We also had an Amritsari Murgh Curry With Churi Daar Prantha, which was pretty good too. I particularly relished the dal that was served with Bhatti Ka Murgh - it was nothing short of excellent. Will definitely visit again but will steer clear of chaat.
