Facilities and Capacity Details
With 40,000 square feet of event space in our banquet halls, we can host from 50 to 700 attendees. Our additional services like decorations, rentals, bartending, chairs, tables can be added a la carte. If you prefer, we offer an open vendor policy and you can have your own vendors for no extra charge. We also have 3.5 acres of free, on-site parking, located a block away from the I-40 and easily reachable by car. Our team offers comprehensive planning, set-up, and clean-up services.

2 months agoMeridian Convention Center was an outstanding venue for our TMA event! From the moment we arrived, everything was well organized and professionally managed. The space was clean, spacious, and beautifully maintained, making it perfect for hosting a large gathering. Our guests were extremely comfortable, and many commented on how much they enjoyed the atmosphere. The staff was attentive, supportive, and always ready to help, which made the entire event run smoothly. We truly couldn’t have asked for a better venue and would highly recommend Meridian Convention Center for any special event.

2 months agoI hosted an event for the grand opening for my nonprofit organization, The Pearl Lee Foundation, Inc. This was the perfect space! The staff were very kind and helpful throughout the entire process! I was also pleasantly surprised to see how much they support nonprofits and understanding our small beginning! They were so generous to donate a portion of the cost for the room which helped us so much! We will never forget this generosity and look forward to future events here at the Meridian! Thank you!

3 months agoMeridian Convention Center rolled out the Red Carpet for our Corporate Holiday Celebration. The staff and owner were absolutely amazing and very welcoming and accommodating. I will definitely book them for our next event and highly recommend them. Thanks so much Jawa🎉🎉🔥

6 months agoThe staff at the Meridian Conference Center were exceptional. The food and beverage presentation was wonderful, even decorating for the season, and we never had to ask for restocks. They went above and beyond to accommodate our needs with tables and chairs, even adjusting all building lighting to match our theme colors, and we would definitely use them again. The entire building was used for a corporate training and it was very adequate for our needs. Definitely recommend!

2 months agoI was able to take a tour of 4 of the venue suites and I loved the vibe of each room. They could accommodate multiple size parties or receptions. I also loved the fact that they can do most of the decorations on site. It really did remind me of our wedding spot in Buena Vista. The staff was very friendly and accommodating; and the starting price for the event we were looking for was quite reasonable at the moment. I would highly recommend to my friends looking for a reception or event spot.
