    Long post but experience worth hearing the full story. Positive experience with showroom staff getting everything rented and ordered as well as with the delivery drivers who set everything up. Disappointed in the quality of the tent. Very dirty inside and out as well as small holes. Rented for a graduation party so our event was special but I would have been very upset if it were for a wedding as the quality was very poor. When I contacted the company immediately at drop off and provided pictures I was told that it is a “B level” tent and wear and tear is expected. I suggested renter be told they are not getting A level quality when they rent so they can decide if they would like pay this amount of money and use this business and not get top quality. I was honestly embarrassed by the dirty looking tent. The air evaporation fan stopped oscillating right before my event and the manager came out to take a look which is good business and I appreciated (very dirty as well and my father is retired from HVAC and commented on how dirty it was and how it probably wasnt properly maintained if it went out on a job looking like that) It was not able to be fixed and he informed me I will be refunded for it so we will see. Luckily it was only around 90 something and not the 100’s we were seeing the day prior because the fan only blew in 1 direction. While the manager was here looking at the fan I pointed out the quality of the tent in person and was told that it goes out every weekend so it’s going to get dirty and that certain black stains were due to people putting tape on the tent. To that I say it sounds like part of the cleaning process should involve goo gone or something of the sort. I’ve never been to an event where I side eyed the tent, tables, chairs anything. I did have a guest comment on the quality of the tent and I’m sure others were just too polite. To add insult to injury, when I went to pay my balance 2 weeks before event, the showroom person asked me if I would be ok with and had the space to be provided a larger tent to avoid them having to use toppers ( I think that was what she called it) that were older that they try not to use since they were fully rented out for the weekend with the size I had rented. She stated they would probably have to pick one reservation to upgrade at no cost to avoid using the old one in the size I ordered but she would have to check with the manager and would call me if they ended up having to upgrade. I told her that would be fine and that I would even rent more tables and chairs so that there wouldn’t be any empty space as Im sure we would use them. She was to contact me if they were going to upgrade. Never heard from her so I assumed they worked it out but it seems they just gave me the old ugly one that they “trying not to use “. If it allows pictures some where I will gladly post since they were provided to the company.

    Absolutely amazing company to work with! They provided basically everything for my large backyard wedding. Tent, tables, chairs, dance floor, linens. It was perfect. They set up early so I had time to decorate and were very respectful to our property. Couldn’t recommend them enough!

    I absolutely cannot celebrate FYO enough. I was THRILLED to work with them for my wedding in June 2023. From tables to linens to chairs, and more, FYO expertly took care of our needs for our wedding, pivoting when we had to move from outdoors to indoors, and when we had to change locations from Franklinton to downtown Raleigh. But that’s not why I give them five stars. I give FYO five stars because with less than three weeks notice, they helped make a major fundraising event happen to support a teacher in our community who faced an inconceivable loss. FYO found us tables and chairs, linens, beverage tables, and was ready to help navigate whatever else we needed. This team is simply magnificent.

    We rented the Fruitwood Chairs for our daughter's outdoor backyard wedding. They were perfect. Delivery and pick up was very easy. The office staff and the delivery person were very helpful. I would highly recommend.
