Mehendi also known as henna ,is a paste associated with positive spirits and good luck. I am a professional henna and award winning Henna artist doing for more than 25+yrs. My association with this art seems like a journey of a lifetime, the story started with my mother who was fond of this art and crafting various designs on the hands of family and friends during family weddings and festivals. I picked up this art more by design than choice and little did I know that I would soon develop a lifelong affinity for this traditional art.
What started as a very rusty piece of art gradually developed into creations to be liked and adorned by everyone.I truly discovered myself as Mehendi artist whose prime objective was to bring smiles on the face of people. I never realized that this passion would transcend into a profession from one continent to the other . After few decades this profession has been truly rewarding which cannot be just quantified in monetary terms. A profession which requires true labor of love igniting a spark in the heart and twinkle in the eyes of the to-be bride and her immediate family.

We booked her almost a year in advance to ensure she would be the one to do my henna, and it was absolutely the right decision. Not only is Neena Aunty a talented artist, but she is also a warm and kind person who makes the entire mehndi experience enjoyable. One of the most special touches was how she begins the process with a small prayer and eucalyptus oil. As the bride, this felt incredibly auspicious, adding a layer of positivity and protection for the wedding. Neena Aunty custom-designed my mehndi, incorporating florals, elephants, and peacocks—everything I had envisioned. The final design was intricate and regal, with beautiful peacocks, lotuses, and even adorable baby elephants. The stain was rich and dark, turning out absolutely perfect for my wedding weekend. 5 months agoNeena is an incredibly talented and professional mehndi artist! She created a beautiful and intricate mehndi design for me for my wedding. I wanted a couple of specific elements in the design which she included. She kept in contact with me before my mehndi day and provided detailed aftercare instructions. My stain was dark and stunning and lasted for about two weeks. She also created mehndi designs for my family/friends which everyone loved! I absolutely recommend Neena!
